It strikes me that we need a placeholder for all of the great resources out there on game in a long term relationship and/or marriage. I’ll start the list with some that come to mind, and I’m confident the readers will have some other great suggestions in the comments as well.
In no particular order:
- The Dave From Hawaii post on Heartiste*, as well as Hawaiian Libertarian’s post on using game in life.
- Heartiste (Roissy)*
- Married Man Sex Life, starting with his posts on Alpha, Beta, and The MAP.
- Deansdale’s Blog, including WTF is Game, and others in his general category of game.*
- Solomon II*
- Mormon Men
- Game For Marriage
- Badger (a great choice for beginners because of his kind attitude)
- Rivelino in Spain*
Also, Ferdinand* and Ulysses have good posts on game along with their usual variety. I’m sure I am forgetting some, so please fill in any gaps.
*Pickup focused sites. Often crass and definitely not pro marriage, but you can often apply what you learn from the pickup perspective there for a LTR or marriage. Be sure to read the comments too.

Thanks for the linkage Dalrock…however I’d like to add the one piece I wrote for the Spearhead that I think is most relevant: Avoiding the Fate of the AMC (Average Married Chump).

Plenty of advice at mine as well.
Besides blogs or web sites, I don’t think you can overlook some of the good books on the topic of LTR game. Here’s two:
– “Practical Female Psychology for the Practical Man” by Joseph W. South, David Clare, and Franco.
– “Manual of Seduction” by Franco
Good idea for post. This should be a “sticky”–or whatever its blog equivalent.
Post for post, Dalrock’s blog is up there with Roissy and MMSL in uniform class A quality.
Thanks for the link love and mention. Appreciated.
Thanks for the huge compliment Badger Nation!
Dave from Hawaii: I don’t think I had seen that post of yours. It is very good. I think I might have skipped my own take on it had I known you had already addressed it in that way.
Thanks MNL and Nutz for the additional links and non link sources. I haven’t checked your blog out Nutz so I’ll have to make some time to do so. I did see where you had linked to my blog elsewhere on the web and I think even used the term post marital spinsterhood. Thanks!
Dalrock,
Thanks for the link. I haven’t put up any new content in a couple of weeks because life has been busy, but my blog is not dead. I’ll have more after the holidays.

Dalrock,
Game isn’t a relationship specific thing, it can be applied in a multitude of ways insofar as Women are concerned. If you want a LTR/marriage, a one night stand, a FWB situation or whatever, Game gives a guy the options to do that. I’d say that in addition to the sites you mentioned above that your readers get hold of the books The Game and the Mystery Method.
O.
I second what MNL said about Franco’s stuff which is rarely mentioned in this sphere. His Manual of Seduction is gold. Any man who is struggling with a bad marriage should read Franco’s treatment of manipulation, guilt, disrespect and the subservient frame.
I would also recommend Doc Love The System, very underrated and under appreciated. He has been around before PUA community began.

Flattered that I got added onto this list, it’s a real heavyweight hottub.
Another great book for LTR game: The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida. It’s been around for a few years and I’m surprised it doesn’t get mentioned much. It’s not PUA oriented, and it gets a little new agey at times, but gets into a lot of the same ideas that drive the manosphere and adds some good ideas to them. When I read that book I thought a lot of the material from Roissy’s 16 Commandments seemed like it might have been lifted from it.
Solomon II made the list of “game for marriage resources”? This is the one guy I know of whose marriage really was ruined by the “patriarchy;” his wife–the very love of his life– left him at her father’s insistence if his perception of the break up is correct. What does Solomon know about keeping a marriage together?

Thanks you, thank you, thanks you! This is what I naturally did when I first met my wife and that I have forgotten to keep up with. I’ve spent the last eight years of our marriage reading marriage and sex advice books (almost 100% written by women) and talking with my wife about this and that and getting nowhere at all. Now I remember what I’ve been missing and why.
1. thanks dalrock. i am lucky to have had amazing comments from real alphas like yohami, doug, danny, and others.
2. @my name is jim:

completely agree. DD is the man. genius.
3. frame control is critical for game, long term game, and really, all social interaction. learning how to pass a girl’s shit tests really is just one aspect of learning frame control. to me, the best introduction to frame control — and thus game, and thus LTR game — is lovedrop’s 13 cd audio series. i have it on my dropbox, if anyone wants it, email me at alpharivelino@gmail.com.
4. men are from mars is also an excellent book to understand chicks, even if it is kinda beta. but if you look closely, he describes shit tests exactly. i need to write a post about this.
5. for LTR game, athol kay’s book kicks ass.
