Taking a short break.

I need to focus on other priorities for a bit so I’ve turned on comment moderation.  I’ll be back to approve comments and with a new post some time next week.  In the meantime, I suggest you check out the wealth of other writers in the sphere;  my blogroll is a good place to start.

Update Wed Nov 6th PM:  Comment moderation is back to normal and another post is scheduled for autopublish in the morning.

Is there a post here where the rampant Antidepressant use is combined with your typical hypergamy?

Rather unfortunate that comment moderation is on. I have a huge beef with one of your contributors or commenters. I can’t seem to pinpoint who it is. Regardless your men better watch who they attack. I have seen Kate come under intense scrutiny for no apparent reason.

    Or what will happen, Scott?

” I can’t seem to pinpoint who it is.”

That is my favorite quote. I cannot tell what he means. Is it, “I did not understand what was read to me”, or “I’m too stupid to remember what I read”. Go figure.

I tried to post this on a thread and it wouldn’t post:

The whole modern world has divided itself into Conservatives and Progressives. The business of Progressives is to go on making mistakes. The business of Conservatives is to prevent mistakes from being corrected. Even when the revolutionist might himself repent of his revolution, the traditionalist is already defending it as part of his tradition. Thus we have two great types — the advanced person who rushes us into ruin, and the retrospective person who admires the ruins. He admires them especially by moonlight, not to say moonshine. Each new blunder of the progressive or prig becomes instantly a legend of immemorial antiquity for the snob. This is called the balance, or mutual check, in our Constitution. — G.K. Chesterton

Have I been banned or was it just an old thread?

  8. M Simon says:

    Old thread I guess.
