Maritime Supremacy

When women first began attending the U.S. Naval Academy in 1976, many observers foolishly asked “What’s the point?”  While progress at times may have seemed imperceptibly slow, the naysayers have been proven wrong.  We now have a steady stream of victories, lead by a new breed of warrior who brought priorities the Navy had previously never dreamed of.  Now, with the U.S. Navy’s newest aircraft carrier, these warriors have finally achieved full freedom of navigation by depriving the enemy of their last last toehold on the open seas:

The new aircraft carrier Gerald R. Ford has all sorts of high-tech gear equipped for 21st century naval warfare. But there is one thing that male sailors will notice is no longer available: Urinals.

“This is designed to give the ship flexibility because there aren’t any berthing areas that are dedicated to one sex or the other,” Operations Specialist 1st Class Kaylea Motsenbocker told Navy Times

…urinals on aircraft carriers may be a thing of the past.

This long fought battle was not without significant cost, as marking all spaces on our warships as feminine came at the cost of both money and less important (war-fighting) priorities:

When he is designing a bathroom, Kaufman says he is required to allot around 1,500 square inches of space for a urinal. A toilet needs more than 3,300 square inches.

For a ship like the Ford, which cost upwards of $13 billion, every inch of space matters tremendously.

“Why would you want the ship to be bigger just for fixtures?” said Kaufman. “You can get twice as many urinals as water closets.”

But the brave social justice warriors who brought us the urinal free warship can’t rest now.  As is the nature of war, each new victory sets the stage for the next battle:

“[A toilet is] by far a less clean environment than a urinal. By far,”…

The only way to ensure men accurately aim into a toilet bowl is to force men to sit down, which is unlikely to happen, said Kaufman.

Moreover, sitting down to pee makes trips to the bathroom take longer.

Kaufman lacks faith in these warriors, but I do not.

Changes in the theater of battle also affect civilian supporters. I have received unofficial confirmation from my sources in the CBMW that their leadership is furious that the men of the U.S. Navy are making brave women sit down to pee in their place:

When will these cowardly men learn to stand up and sit down to pee?

Even ten years ago, I would have dismissed your story as bullshit, but I believe it fully. Oddly enough, even South Park did a satire on the whole “leaving the toilet seat up” paradigm. Leave it to a little vulgar cartoon to make more sense than normal human beings.

Of course they can always go up to the flight deck and whip it out and pee, but that’s exposing yourself in front of females, and that means RAPE! And here I am thinking that we were going to reach an utopia like in Starship Troopers where we take communal showers with nude females. Bummer.

OT a bit but I figure I would bounce this thought off you guys. We’ve talked about Feminie Mystique and Feminine Imperative…and perhaps it described it indirectly…but isn’t this all based on the power of influence?

  6. Red Pill Latecomer says:

The men can rebel by leaving the seats down while they pee standing up. That will produce much splatter on the seats. Perhaps then the women will beg the men to raise the seats.

Oh. My. Dog. I see mutiny coming on the Jerry.

What next? Child care facilities? Lifeboats reserved as female safe spaces? Pilots attempting a night landing listening to the traffic controller cry about being deployed while pregnant? “How could they do this to me! ‘Needs of the service’ but what about my baby? *sniff* Oh, you still need the ILS on. I guess.”

  9. feministhater says:

Yay! Moar is still needed though. I mean, what happens if the ship actually sinks? Are women’s feet going to get wet and what is the Navy’s plan to stop this from happening? I hope they also have free tampon dispensers in all the bathrooms. What about the Beauty Salon though, how are these queens of the high seas going to battle the baddies without doing their hair and make-up? Travesty!

If all men became transgendered lesbians who identify and dress as the masculine gender, all these problems would be solved, including the quota issue by having 100% gender diversity.

Recently, it came to my attention, and I might have mentioned it somewhere here on the Dalrock blog, about female civilians asking for “mental health leave” because they can’t handle gender equality. It’s bad enough in the civilian world when people that can’t handle responsibility trying to snake their way out of work so the men have to pick up the slack.
    https://www.google.com/amp/amp.usatoday.com/story/467249001/

Now imagine this, but on a military deployment. And it’s bad enough on a deployment on land, where depending in your MOS, your movements may be restricted, so you have to adjust yourself mentally. So I can’t imagine being on a ship in the middle of, say, the Arabian Sea on a contingency deployment and having to deal with females who can’t stand being confined to a restricted space. And are some point they start demanding mental health leave away from the ship to where now the ship commander may have to request a helicopter or a C-2 Greyhound aircraft normally used for COD so these females can leave. Yep, using expensive aircraft normally used to supply carrier strike groups to get these females off just because they can’t handle a man’s job. And the saddest part is, you will run across males equally unfit to serve who will demand the same shit.

Holy crap – I am hoping that was a tongue in cheek comment, but somehow I doubt it. Even if it was, it certainly made me pause to consider if it was satire or not.

Interesting, women cannot be told to do a goddamn thing, but the entire US Navy can have men squatting to pee (where is the ‘personal choice & freedom’ in that?)

The USA (really all Western nations) has become the fascist state it pretends to oppose.

I fully expect the next over-reach of VAWA laws is that any man can be charged for VAWA outside of relationship status.

I.E. women who attack men physically, (outside of a relationship) will be given a pass as well……..and the men will be found guilty if they defend themselves.

The past 10 years has wrought such incredulous demands from feminism. Society is literally at the breaking point.

As much as Dalrock has stated he believes some of the more egregious trespasses against men will be soon repealed; I see no such evidence forthcoming from society.

I believe an expansion of VAWA is precisely the type of ‘next move’ men can expect………because there are too many YouTube videos demonstrating women (lacking in class) physically attacking men unknown to them……..and subsequently getting their feminist clock cleaned.

    So, the problem you know………….Patriarchy.

Then watch how women behave once they feel they can FURTHER expect to never get physically repelled when they attack.

I think this is a 50/50 shot right now. It’s a generational war between the Gen X’ers and the Millenials. Gen X watched all the stupidity of their dishonest, selfish Boomer parents and is very no-nonsense and cynical. If they can hold the reigns long enough, they will repeal all this stupidity and lead towards more true equality and individual freedom. Millenials are desperate to take charge without ever firing a shot and think the entire world is there to shove food in their whining, crying mouths. If they get in charge, they’re going to sink everyone else to keep themselves afloat.

Not a chance. The millennials who make up what passes for a navy today can not only not even spell “mutiny,” but can’t even grasp the concept. Such an act requires conviction, gonads, and a moral compass, three things the dumbed-down publik skool refuse that makes up this sorry excuse for a maritime defense force does not and never will have. Rest assured that the system is designed to quickly weed out any real men with leadership skills and a sense of honor.

Why can’t women do this? Why can’t they stop one single time and think “do I want a chance at Tom Cruise in that one movie badly enough to bury myself alive in the East China Sea surrounded by nations who want me dead, give up all hope of a domestic life and be quietly hated by everybody for violating a five-thousand-year-old male space? Already done. Look up Los Angeles District Attorney Gil Garcetti. He took VAWA to the “innocent bystander” level in the ’90s. Per Infogalactic, “By 2000, 79% of paternity judgments in Los Angeles County were assigned by default.” I remember feminist Gloria Allred almost screaming at him in fear of backlash… which never materialized anyway. I got red-pilled working for the Attorney General’s office that comes after you for Child Support/Alimony. Twenty-five years ago, and it’s gotten worse since then.

Quite an eye-opener to see just how poorly the average schlep is treated by the family law courts.
Also of note is that ‘laws’ are really just a matter of ‘convenience’.

At the time, a support deduction order was limited to 50% of your take-home pay. Makes sense, as that would pretty much automatically place you beneath the poverty line.

However, many NEW court orders were in excess of that amount, so the enforcement arm was falling behind the court order straight out of the gate.

This led to bank account garnishment orders being placed at the institution where the support payer (male) banks. You couldn’t take 50% at source, but you could take the rest when it hit their bank account.

    Net result = ZERO

The law has since changed. Not to protect these impoverished men…….no, no, no.

The law was changed to allow > 50% take at source if the court (in its infinite wisdom) deemed as such (the fact that this was a persistent problem for the courts tells you how egregious the system is to men.

I expect Florida will take 50% of this mans Veterans pension.
They will ignore the source, and go after his bank account.

It’s all a matter of ‘convenience’.

No more could they stand, lined up man by man
Now they must do business like girlies
By New Year’s, they planned, all sit down in the can
But the Gals of November came early

As ship bathrooms go, they are bigger than most
Allotting over three thousand square inches
A man was thrown in the brig, just for daring to think
“Why change all these things for some wenches?”

The captain said sadly “Make the best of it, laddies”
But the mood still turned dark and quite gloomy
The men looked around and then stared at the ground
And shrugged “Well, at least these toilets are roomy”

The men on the boat slowly lost all their hope
And wondered what next this would herald?
Would they soon have to render, johns for twenty-nine genders
Aboard the wreck of the ship named Ford, Gerald?

Unless you’re an officer, you only join the military to avoid being a lifelong janitor or cashier. In my brother’s case, he went to a trade school to learn auto body work, only to find that wages have been stagnant for 20 years and a job that used to require a HS diploma now requires some sort of education. And since advancement is based on seniority (and those ahead of him got in before you needed the schooling), he won’t be making any money until he’s 50, in which case his body will be broken down and tired. 50. A wonderful article came out about all the failures of the Ford (http://warisboring.com/how-not-to-build-an-aircraft-carrier/). Leaving aside all the gender issues, there are LOTS of problems with magnetic catapults and it cost three times more to build the ship because of it. We can expect to lose one plane every 252 launches at the current rates of failure. Aboard Nimitz from 76-82 in an A-6 Squadron (VA-35, Airwing Eight), as witness to thousands of launches, I saw ONE cold catapult shot that wet the wheels but didn’t cost the plane. The catapult failures of the new magnetic catapults are abject failures, loss of aircraft failures. They dropped the planes off the ship in simulations ashore and drones into the water out on the ocean. The Jerry is completely Not Mission Capable at this point. It’s quite possible that without ironclad fixes, this ship could be reduced to razor blades before it sees service as there is no way to retrofit steam cats once the hull is assembled. I’m not sure what good a carrier hull is without a dependable method for getting the planes off. It will surely make a wonderful pier side floating office building for lesbians, trannies and single mothers, I suppose. That is pretty much the fate of all the others because the single mothers, now occupying critical numbers of billets, refuse to go to sea in sufficient numbers as to render the carrier fleet (heh) impotent.

  51. And another thing. I recently went to one of these professional trades fairs in a Hilton at Woburn, Ma. and the urinal thing is in full-swing at the grass roots in liberal states. The urinals were gone in all the restrooms and all the restrooms were gender free, just pick one. Most common complaint? Predictably, from the women: pee all over the seats, all the seats down and clearly and deliberately peed up, the floors, the seats, the walls. Men aren’t going to take this one sitting down, the messes I saw were deliberate pissing all over the place. Women used to have nice clean, flowery-smelling restrooms and powder areas AND their privacy in lockers and rest rooms. Now? They’re right there in the filth of their own demand and making, privacy and dignity lost, probably wondering how feminism deserted them for the interests of the gender-free tranny-gang. I never in a million years thought tranny-types would trump (heh) the interests of the sisterhood. Hard cheese, just desserts as far as I’m concerned.

Interesting story, the Navy sold magnetic catapult technology to roller coaster parks in the 90s. Six Flags used it to build “Superman the Ride” at Los Angeles’ Magic Mountain park, couldn’t get it to work and hired NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab in nearby Pasadena to consult on the high-energy physics of it. Took over a year of testing but now it’s fully operational. There’s more moving parts in it than you would expect for a wannabe railgun. Lots of timing issues, too.

I wonder if the Navy purchased the technology back in order to use on the Ford. That would’ve been a sneaky-effective form of subcontracting but also explain why it isn’t launching bigger payloads. “It launches crew just fine, sir. The women particularly enjoy being fired overboard. Not that I’m suggesting anything. Permission to pee while standing?”

  54. Speaking of “how not to build an aircraft carrier”, I was surprised to learn that the Chinese Navy has only one “aircraft carrier”, the Liaoning. The Chinese Navy commissioned another one to be built.

    http://www.straitstimes.com/asia/east-asia/welcome-on-board-liaoning-chinas-first-aircraft-carrier-which-has-own-tv-station-and

The interesting thing is that the Liaoning was previously a Soviet cruiser constructed way back in 1979 in the Ukraine, but first launched in 1988 (love that 10 year plan!). The Chinese then bought it from Ukraine in 2012, retrofitted it with a tarmac, decks, elevators, etc.

The Russians have 5 aircraft carriers in service.

Meanwhile the US has 20 aircraft carriers, 10 of which are nuclear Nimitz Class carriers.
The amount of military spending by the US government is just unreal.

Oh well. There is a silver lining: with each capitulation to prog insanity, fighting for the Imperium becomes increasingly less attractive to real men.

    Carry on, dumbass progs! 🙂

Shrug, our gov’t has a habit of spending money instead of blood. Hard to object to that. Also, having lots of carriers makes sense when one considers how far away we are from most of the world.

One would think mere distance between us and the nations that don’t like us would be enough to make a policy of closed-border nonintervention attractive. Maybe that’ll happen anyway when our carriers get Alpha-striked. Could be the best thing to happen to the USA this century: the Deep State loses the ability to project force on a global scale. No more winning hearts and minds by killing Christians and destabilizing patriarchies.

Oh yes, in the taxonomy of the perpetually aggrieved, “Trans” beats “actual female” every time. It’s similar to when, after the Orlando homo-shooting, the swishes found out (much to their shock and dismay) that “Muslim” outranks “queer.”

  59. cylindrical crown says:

It’s not just urinals. Ten years ago our company received a contract with the Navy to build/install additional generators on existing carriers. Why? The existing generators were becoming overloaded at the beginning of each shift because of the increased use of hair dryers and curling irons with the addition of women. Obviously some combat gear had to be removed to accommodate these generators.

  61. Spike says:

All of this is fine, until an actual shooting war starts.
According to Daniel Amneus, when the Axe Murder Incident occurred in North Korea – a seemingly minor event that greatly inflamed tensions between the two Koreas and placed the entire military apparatus of the Peninsula in high alert, women in the armed forces did the following:
    -Didn’t show up for mobilization.
    -Reported sick
-Of those that did, they showed up with their children ”because they could not find a babysitter at short notice”.

Even in the latest wars, a significant percentage of women serving suddenly fell pregnant at mobilization time.

Running to the lifeboats first, demanding special treatment, taking all of the benefits but doing as much a s possible to weasel out of the responsibilities is the behavior that would label men as cowards. Yet women do this all the time, and no one bats an eyelid.

  62. feeriker says:

-Of those [women] that did, they showed up with their children ”because they could not find a babysitter at short notice”.

I don’t doubt that for a second, but the U.S. military requires that both active-duty single parents and couples where both spouses are active duty and have children (a stupider, more damaging, and more short-sighted arrangement is hard to imagine) must have what is called a “Dependent Care Certificate” (that was 20-plus years ago; it may be called something else now). It is a notarized official document stating that, in the event that the lone custodial parent (in the case of single active-duty parents) or both active-duty custodial parents are deployed, a guardian has been appointed to care for the child(ren), with the document containing the name(s) and contact information of said appointed guardian(s).

Of course the enforcement of this policy is “spotty” and “uneven,” to put it kindly, with uniformed babymommas having a rather notorious reputation for not having current DCCs. Unlike their male comrades, who land in serious hot water if they’re unale to deploy due to child custody issues, PFC, Airman, or Petty Officer Babymomma gets a slap on the wrist (if that) and is kept stateside while the real soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines –all male– put it all on the line while she coasts and malingers on the taxpayer’s dime.

A decade ago was the time to be angry at ‘feminists’ for this sort of thing.

But now, it is time to be angry at the military and the cuckservatives who supposedly value it.

A strong military is one that can fend of any threat.

But it appears the US military is highly specialized, and is only good at conventional wars against much weaker nation states. Really, what else has the US won against in our lifetimes?

    ‘Feminists’ weaken the military.
‘Feminists’ ensure that costs go up while battle effectiveness goes down.

A military that cannot fend this off is not a very adaptable one. It was a narrowly specialized one.

Much like how I said that from the start of 2016 onwards, any blue-pill guy who enters a new situation that gets him in trouble later on (such as marriage 2.0) is no longer worthy of sympathy, the same goes for the US military and ‘patriotic’ Americans who could not even fend off the dumb, not-so-numerous perverts foisting this onto what we were led to believe was an amazingly powerful military.

If a burglar steals your belongings after you go on vacation with a big neon arrow pointing to your unlocked front door, surely you bear a lot of the blame.

The same is true for the military, associated organizations, and the cuckservatives who think they are pro-military. No more sympathy, at this point.

  66. American says:

I did one tour in the U.S. Navy which makes me an honorably discharged U.S. Naval veteran and the reason I did not reenlist is because I saw that the Navy was rapidly empowering and promoting women over men by keeping them on a fast track (always in the rear with the gear or for the few that did go to sea in the yeoman/personnel office [or comfortable duty station] working short hours so they had time to study for the next promotion) while men risked their lives around the clock doing all the dangerous hard work with far less time to compete for those finite promotional slots.

No thanks. I had no desire to live in a modern Amazonian society ruled by bossy power hungry women who were enjoying soft duty with all the perks but little risk (when they aren’t on an 18-week maternity leave that is) empowered with the full authority of the UCMJ so I left after one tour and finished a few degrees at university and found progressively better employment :).

  67. Spike says:

    feeriker: Re DCC
I should have mentioned that the ”Axe Tree Incident” which I was referring to was 1976. There was a major investigation into the lack of combat readiness to which Amneus refers, (covered up of course). The DCC must have been a result of the armed force’s reforms put in after the investigation.

  69. Hmm says:

    @earlthomas786 & @feministhater on Doug Wilson:

Certainly you don’t think it’s true that no husband is ever a wife-beater, do you?

Remember, one of the liberal and feminist tricks is to take a statement about some and make it apply to all, to disqualify the conservative: “So you are saying that ALL Muslims are terrorists? Racist!” “So Doug, you are saying that all men beat their wives?” Don’t be that person!

I assure you that in conservative churches, there are both wife and husband abusers. We may disagree about relative ratios, but abuse goes both ways. And some men beat – a few even kill – their wives.

So maybe re-read what Wilson is saying as spelling out an actual situation, not trying to tar all men with the same brush, and see if it makes sense.

  70. earl says:

Certainly you don’t think it’s true that no husband is ever a wife-beater, do you?

That’s not the point…the point is he uses husband abuse as an excuse to rationalize women’s sinfulness and rebellion. They are two different things…not a correlation-causation.

  71. Hmm says:

@earl: But what did he say? That some women have a just complaint against their men. Do you deny that it might be true for some?

And how, exactly, is Wilson rationalizing women’s sinfulness in the referenced post? Seems to me he’s calling them out on it.

  72. earl says:

And how, exactly, is Wilson rationalizing women’s sinfulness in the referenced post? Seems to me he’s calling them out on it.

He does at first but then retracts by going back to a situation where they might have witnessed their mother getting abused by their father as their reasoning.

  73. “Not that I’m suggesting anything. Permission to pee while standing?”

Granted. We have around 10 Nimitz class carriers, now the Ford and another Ford-Class carrier under construction. USS Ford is another 3 years off from being MC, the other (unnamed) Ford class carrier will be ten years more. That one will surely be named after Bill Clinton, Obama or God forbid, John McCain. These ships and carriers are increasingly being named for characters of low accomplishment, honor and dignity. And in keeping with their names, they will not fulfill their stated missions while women are involved. Besides, well within the remaining life cycle of USS Nimitz we’ll see the pointlessness of carriers and stop building them. Another aside, we have no aircraft of personnel to stock them with anyway. It’s all over but a demonstration at war.

  75. They Call Me Tom says:

If I was in the Navy, I’d make a point to hit the toilet seat every time. Eventually the admirals would stop grovelling before the pc gods. Better to have urinals and urine free toilet seats I imagine.

  76. American says:

@They Call Me Tom August 2, 2017 at 9:19pm: On shore, there were both male and female “heads” (e.g. bathrooms); however, on the ships I served on there was no distinction. There were only “heads.” The Navy recently announced that they are further making ship “heads” gender neutral by removing all urinals so there will only be standard toilets in the future that all personnel must use.

In at least the enlisted “heads,” I imagine there will be complaints by female sailors as men are forced to use the toilets as urinals.

There was also the practice of yelling “courtesy flush” when a sailor first deposited a number two into a toilet to let the other sailors know he wasn’t leaving it in there to stink up the place while he finished up. Women may not like the idea of ascribing to this long established Navy ship practice.

I broke a nail, oh I could cry!
Don’t you like how my tush sways?
We are the Fags of the Queen Berets!
Bill Clinton’s words upon our ears,
“You guys have rights, be proud you’re queers!”
I once was scared, now I’m Okay,
Cause I’m a fag in the Queen Berets.
    Put silver earclips on our nuts;
We love the pain, now spank our butts!
    The way you walk is awfully cute;
I sure would love to pack your chute!
Back at home, a young wife waits,
    Her Queen Beret just won’t go straight;
For his team he stays undressed,
Spreads his legs, and lies on his chest.
    This Army stuff is really slick;
Free clothes, bunk beds, and lots of dicks.
    When we retire, we’ll still get paid;
We thank you, Bill, from the Queen Berets!”
