A tour through the twisted psyche of an ugly feminist.

From The Seven Stages of a Woman‘s Scorn:

Speaking just for myself, I’m sure I was open-hearted at one point, but I can’t for the life of me remember when that was or when my heart started to harden. I do remember a defining moment in my development, circa 1998. I was broken and determined to never be dependent on a man for anything ever again — a feeling that was greatly aided by the release of the movie version of Great Expectations. Gwyneth Paltrow’s character instantly became my hero. I wanted to be an untouchable man-eater and kill my feelings, too.

Follow the link to take the full tour.  Either way, don’t worry;  she’s living well:

Yet, if I’m be completely honest (and not glib), my scorn isn’t something that flares up on a case-by-case basis. It’s cumulative, and if left unchecked, it will harden my heart over a lifetime. My scorn comes with baggage. It comes with my daddy issues. It comes with my step-daddy issues. It comes with unreturned text messages, defiance and the idea that it’s “me against the world.”

At its core, my scorn comes with a deep-seated feeling of worthlessness that I’ve been running from my whole life. And it’s taken me 20 years of self-reflection and work to get to a point where I can detach — and not in an unhealthy “you’re dead to me” way, but in a loving way — because after all, the best revenge truly is a life well lived.

It’s the common reasons for just about any woman…daddy issues and revenge.

The stage 1 (Stage #1: Tears and Melodrama) where the guy she tries to emotionally manipulate rejects her

Then stage 2 (Stage #2: Weaponized Sexuality) where she uses sex to somehow fill the void.

As I matured, this became my go-to scornful revenge. After I’d been rejected and promised myself I was done with the man who rejected me forever, I’d suddenly feel the desire to reel him back in and use the entire force of my sexual arsenal to do so. I got off on tormenting the men who left me with the temptations I knew they couldn’t resist: my body, my blowjobs and/or my adoration. I’d send them voice recordings moaning for them. I’d bury them in a deluge of sexy selfies, extreme sexting and hot videos.

Stage 3…hard heart, hate men. No woman is special when she takes this route.

She says she began doing this in 1998…. That’s twenty years ago…. So, rode hard and put up wet for two straight decades. Wonder what her real picture looks like.

    Perhaps real?

Considering most feminists are hambeasts but the author looks like an aging Instagram camho. I’m sure her heart hardens as alphas wouldn’t stay in camathot. The unclaimed baggage carrousel that is her life is an AWOL father that didn’t want to put up with her mom bitchfests anymore and step dads that were pedo predators. Add the carousel riding starting in junior high and you get the expected results.

I mean for all those crying hard hearted women who scream ‘you don’t know me’…wouldn’t it be pretty simple to sum up to her that ‘she had an absent/unloving father, the man she loved got away, and she a string of meaningless sex to get where she’s at in life?’

  8. Anonymous Reader says:

Bridget is 39 years old. Almost certainly an alpha widow, possibly multiple times over. A real poster girl for the carousel.

However another article by the same authoress contains some very good advice. It is from men, of course.

Glad to see Lexet Blog is getting attention to the “men prefer” hubbaloo. I’ve seen women I would have taken for non feminists out themselves as hardcore ugly feminist devotees over this thing.

I can’t help but think of the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie; when the moonlight hits the pirate crew and you can see the truth, that they are all dead. The core meme of this article (that men prefer women whose bodies have not been defiled by the hand of another man or a needle, nor who will drag them into their debt and the potentially divorce rape them when he’s dutifully paid it off) is pure refined moonlight.

Well, that’s not so bad. Being self-reliant is a good quality.

    Whacko.

    She looks like plastic.

That’s from a Federalist article in which Bridget discusses her experiences with a New Age cult.

    http://thefederalist.com/2018/05/02/federalist-contributor-describes-life-on-rajneeshee-sex-cult-in-netflixs-wild-wild-country/

While traveling in Australia, Bridget says she happened upon the ashram which practiced Dynamic Meditation and followed the teachings of the controversial guru Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, called “Osho.” The cult’s namesake was deported from the United States for suspected fraud and other criminal activity he allegedly perpetuated on an ashram his followers built in Oregon in the 1980s.

I’ll make a guess that she only hates healthy, disciplined, emotionally stable men.

Ok…I doubt she knows most younger and more attractive women do that on insta for free.

  22. earl says:

What the picture forgot to include to really hit the kill shot.

Men prefer to marry debt free virgins without the graffitti.

Although I think most promiscous feminist women already knew that too…hence why they aren’t that.

  23. Anonymous Reader says:

Don’t see any way to leave comments over at Mel. Maybe I’m missing something, or my browser isn’t set up right.

Anyway, the idea that men should care about women’s anger has become quite risible to me. I’m currently reading a book entitled The Bitch in the House written by an authoress married to an author (no sample error there!) about marriage and anger and love and children and so forth. Lotsa anger of the “he said he would co parent but he’s not co parenting the way I think he should co parent and he’s taking too much time with the children / not taking enough time”, etc. There are multiple essays by multiple women. Apparently no men were consulted on the topic…

There’s more to the book than anger and I’ll get there, eventually. But there sure is a lot of “he’s not doing what I want him to do” anger. This is all just a lead in for the following statement:

Some women in the US apparently are in a state of perpetual anger at the world, dumping that anger on the nearest man whenever they can. It’s just something men have to endure to get where they are going, like smog with dirty diapers mixed in.

It’s boring. Women’s anger is really, really boring. That’s what I’d say to the authoress:

“Your anger and fury is boring. Get over yourself, or at least shut up about it”.

  24. Will S. says:

Not only is she featured in that Federalist article, but she’s actually a Federalist columnist, too…

  25. earl says:

But there sure is a lot of “he’s not doing what I want him to do” anger.

Must be that desire to control her husband they all have. This is the thing they probably need God’s grace in overcoming so that they submit to their husband because their natural tendency is to control.

It’s boring. Women’s anger is really, really boring. That’s what I’d say to the authoress:

“Your anger and fury is boring. Get over yourself, or at least shut up about it”.

I’d go with annoying…but boring works too.

  26. earl says:

If “She says she began doing this in 1998,” she might be older than 39. Women do lie about their age.

That would put the beginning of the path of hard heartedness at 19. That seems believable to me.

  27. Anonymous Reader says:

    Earl
I’d go with annoying…but boring works too.

It used to be annoying. Now with even better Glasses it is truly just boring, like seeing a 2 year old have the same tantrum for the 100th time. “This, again? How boring…”

  28. She writes under “Stage #2: Weaponized Sexuality”:

” got off on tormenting the men who left me with the temptations I knew they couldn’t resist: my body, my blowjobs and/or my adoration. I’d send them voice recordings moaning for them. I’d bury them in a deluge of sexy selfies, extreme sexting and hot videos. I’d convince myself (and them) that I was “just horny” and needed a harmless fuck. I was almost always lying. Not usually to them — but to myself. I was trying to fuck my way out of worthlessness, but instead, I was fucking my way into shame.”

I’m no doctor, but from her wild writing she seems like a woman with borderline personality disorder.

    – fears of abandonment
    – extreme mood swings
    – difficulty in relationships
    – unstable self-image, self-esteem
    – difficulty managing emotions
    – impulsive behavior
    – perceptual disturbances
    – self-injury
    – delusions

I read that article this morning (via Iowahawk) and thought that if she had married well the first time around she might be a well adjusted person today. So easy to fuck everything up.

  31. Spike says:

    To summarize Bridget’s article:
”I have accumulated a pile of toxic shit in and around myself”
Apart from being writer fodder for women’s magazines, or perhaps a lesson to young women entitled, ”How Not To Conduct Your Life”, Ms Phetasy has little to show for herself or any redeeming features. She is literally admitting that she has been driven solely by emotional whims, never stopping once to say to herself, ”Wait a minute. I did this last time, and it ended badly….”.

The sad part of this is that her life follows the same trajectory of just about every Western woman:
-”Fall madly in love” with high-school sweetheart. Spend several years being an unpaid prostitute.
    -break up.
-”fall in love again” with university or college boyfriend. Spend several years being an unpaid prostitute
    -break up.
-Go overseas. Spend some time having sex with randoms while ”focusing on career”.
-Meet and ”fall in love” with exciting exotic man with no plan, clue or direction.Spend several years being an unpaid prostitute.
    -Break up.
-Come back to Western home country penniless. Put on niceties for once, long enough to..
-Snag unsuspecting beta male as husband / get pregnant to detachable male.
-Put beta / detachable onto walking wallet mode to support of child plus herself.
-go back to being unpaid prostitute.

It would be trite to tell women like Bridget Phetasy to ”enjoy her cats”, but this trail of human wreckage is unsustainable. Western civilization cannot be sustained by importing vast numbers of uneducated and uncultured Third Worlders to keep it going. It needs home-grown, home acclimatized migrants in the form of productive children. Western women have failed dismally in their most vital, God-given calling.

The fact that a lovely example of such offer up this stage peace of knowledge has no doubt sent some Bridget Phetasy clone into a fit of uncontrolled, murderous, demonic rage.

I really believe that America has reached the point where “Borderline Personality Disorder” has become a superfluous adjective when used with the word “woman.”

Seriously, nine out of every ten women I know who are under the age of 60 display most of the symptoms you list. Truly terrifying implications in that.

Agreed. When you hear that a woman “is approaching 40”, you should always ask, “From which direction?”.

Boy, it’s a good thing these kickass grrrrrls smashed the Patriarchy, because a life of drug-addled hate-fucking and hate-blowing random men is so much more fulfilling than marrying young, and being a beloved helpmate and mother.

  38. feeriker says:

    “…a life of drug-addled hate-fucking and hate-blowing random men …”

That would make either a great t-shirt theme, or the perfect CV introduction. Maybe even a Craigslist ad intro.

  39. feeriker says:

    Stage #2: Weaponized Sexuality”:

I’m assuming that she only tries this on “thirsty beta schlubs” (even a mental wreck like her can’t be stupid enough to believe that it works on alphas).

What she clearly hasn’t yet learned, though, is that even most TBSes recognize a disaster when they see one and will only put up with a very limited salvo of bitch tactics from bat-shit crazy before they decide to run for their lives.

If Bridget really behaves in the way she describes, it probably hasn’t worked very well for her (“bitch bombs” have to be used sparingly and with some subtlety to be effective; Bridget, if her writing is accurate, detonates hydrogen bombs as a first strike). This of course only strokes the rage flames and pushes her to continue on her quest for more victims.

  40. Oscar says:

  44. feeriker says:

Plus she needed drugs just to get that far.

Can anyone imagine a shortage of psychotropic drugs in America that would force people to go “cold Turkey” med-free for a couple of weeks? Imagine the catastrophe that would be for single American women over the age of 40.

Eat (and wipe your mouth), Play (the alpha field), Love (your (ex)husbands money but not your (ex)husband, we’ll keep it coming, and see you at the polls in November!)

  48. Scott says:

My theory is that personality pathology (including BPD) has been driven into a very large plurality of Americans over time by the culture. Paradoxically, it is becoming more difficult to recognize it as a disorder because it is a culturally bound phenomenon.

In the rubric that the DSM uses to determine whether or not something is disordered, it must have reached the symptom number threshold AND be interfering with the persons social/occupational/leisure functioning and be outside the bounds of socially normative behavior.

But since these traits are now basically normalized, they cannot be described as disordered.

  49. Oscar says:

    @ Scott

So, when craziness becomes normal, being normal makes one crazy.

  50. Scott says:

Personality disorders were originally SUPPOSED to describe what are essentially character defects that tend to hang together factorally.

This is why, in a forensic setting if you are diagnosed with one as part of an insanity plea, it will not get you out of moral culpability or competency to understand right vs wrong. You have to have a primary thought disorder or a pervasive developmental disorder (or equivalent intelligence deficiency) for that.

However, under the ever expanding terns of peak subjectivity that we are steaming towards this is becoming harder and harder to maintain with a straight face. How can ANYTHING be a character defect if the overarching principle of our society is “who are you to judge me?”

  51. Scott says:

Oscar, correct. If you are the last one to turn off the lights in the asylum, who is really the crazy one?

  52. Scott says:

Here’s an example of how I think this works.

If a man who is looking for a wife (dating, courting, whatever) announces that he is not inclined to consider a woman who has had 20 partners before him, and cites this is a correlate of poor decision making one her part, and likely bad outcomes for his potential marriage, it is HE who will be branded as having a lack of character. His crime will be judging her for her past relationships. He will seen as weak, and missing the point of what makes a relationship really work out. A pussy who can’t handle the fact that his girlfriend had a life before she met him, and so on.

It seems that enough of this kind of thinking, over time and in the aggregate has resulted in a kind of situation where having multiple partners before settling down and marrying is now a virtue.

It doesn’t matter that the underlying pathology is related to childhood developmental milestones missed due to parental abandonment, mommy/daddy issues, whatever.

  53. Nitpicker says:

    Oh, the depths of egocentrism:
How imperceptibly, almost as though trying to look like a correction of a mistake, the “woman scorn´d” becomes “woman´s scorn”.

Freud must be rattling his bones in laughter.

  54. Scott says:

The change has come subtly over time, and was therefore very difficult to perceive in real-time.

Consider this line from the 1994 film “four weddings and a funeral.”

“I’m just some guy who’s only slept with nine people.”

This is Hugh Grants character, embarrassed to discuss his N count with the far more sophisticated and wise American character played by Andie McDowell who has slept with 30 some odd men.

The viewer is being lectured here. Who are we to say ANYTHING about this? These experiences made her the fantastic catch she is today!

  55. Scott says:

Sorry to these hog. But the logical conclusion is that the MORE partners you have prior to the current one, the better person you are.

  56. Samantha Wynter says:

I know we do a lot feminist bashing on this site, but reading this just made me sad. I feel sorry for her. Hurt and broken is no way to go through life. That being said, it seems to me that she was really hurt by people in the past, and never healed or recovered from the experience. It seems to me that most of her problems stems from her father and step father. This woman’s mother was most likely a feminist who opted for divorce and then either married someone else or jumped from relationship to relationship. Either way, this woman probably didn’t have her father around, or had an abusive step-father, and as a result, she grew up with emotionally damaged psyche.

Divorce and remarriage is something a child has no control over, so I place the blame at the feet of her mother. Time and time again research has shown just how damaging it is for children to witness divorce and be separated from their father. And it is harmful for them to be around mom’s new boyfriend to. Feminism, in its rush to “empower” and give women “choice” and “freedom”, did not consider how everyone else would affected. Stories like prove just how damaging feminism and no-fault divorce is. It has destroyed nuclear families, the bedrock of American civilization, leaving behind emotionally damaged children who harden their hearts and make bad decisions on who to date or marry, if they marry at all. It’s all just one vicious cycle of hurt. These women, and I use that term generously, are short-sighted and immature, like children who never stop to think about the consequences. It’s all me, me, me. There will come a time when their children turn on them after they learn just what it is they had done to them.

Well, there’s my rant for today. I hope everyone has a great day today.

  57. Anchorman says:

The best revenge truly is a life well lived.

Revenge for what, exactly? She’s paraded her pettiness, spite, scorn, drug use, fascination with the occult, promiscuity, etc. as banners of honor and feels she’s entitled to revenge?

Proverbs 30:20 This is the way of the adultress: she eats and wipes her mouth and says, ‘I have done no wrong.'”

Men must’ve done her wrong during that life well-lived.

  58. Anchorman says:

    2 Samantha Wynter

Pump the brakes. I’ve known women like this. They create the drama that they blame for their problems.

My ex hated her father and blamed him for a bad childhood. Wouldn’t attend his funeral. His transgression? He worked in a high-risk job and over-drank outside the house. There were problems between her parents, but that was the sum total of his faults.

She created her own misery to gain “victim cred.” It works. Worked on me.

So, let’s not immediately assume awfulness, especially when this women seems to get off on drama and destruction.

  59. Oscar says:

Like I said, it sure is a good thing these kickass grrrrrrrls smashed the patriarchy. I mean, think how much worse her life would’ve turned out if she’d had a father to love, support, train, and discipline…. uh…. I mean…. oppress her as child.

Exactly, feminists saved her from a life of servitude.

  61. Heidi says:

@Samantha Wynter: It is a well-known fact that dysfunction in childhood often leads to dysfunction in adulthood, creating a cycle of abuse and bad behavior that lasts for generations. But at some point, adults must take responsibility for their own behavior. If therapy and medication help, great. What they must avoid doing, though, is hurting others; they should refrain from acquiring romantic partners (or, God help them, children) if they cannot behave in a basically decent manner. I feel sorry for Bridget the child, but Bridget the woman is creating more victims.

It doesn’t matter to me what they think when I have these expectations. The divorce mill and having your kids ripped away is too great a risk to worry about what promiscuous women think. They can’t have it all.

  63. Samantha Wynter says:

    @Heidi

You’re absolutely right, at some point you have to take responsibility for your actions. But working off the assumption that she had a bad childhood, and after reading what she has done to herself and other people, is it possible that she doesn’t have the mental capacity to assume responsibility, or realize how harmful she is? Drugs, sex, and violent behavior leads me to assume that she has a mental disorder of some sort (not working with a full deck). Her being mentally ill is no excuse, but if that is true, then she is in desperate need of professional help.

  64. Anchorman says:

I suspect she had a relatively normal childhood and dysfunction because the normal life wasn’t interesting enough to get her noticed.

  65. earl says:

Like I said, it sure is a good thing these kickass grrrrrrrls smashed the patriarchy. I mean, think how much worse her life would’ve turned out if she’d had a father to love, support, train, and discipline…. uh…. I mean…. oppress her as child.

And instead of continuing that by marrying a decent man for a husband and creating a family…she can just continue the binge of casual sex and drug use with the reward of a hard heart. Apparently the patriarchy was just so darn oppressive.

  66. OKRickety says:

Perhaps Scott considered it a given, but the church, especially its leaders, is one group that will be most outspoken in belittling a man who states he desires a debt-free virgin without tattoos. Consider these tweets from two young and trendy minister types responding to Lori Alexander’s article:

Whitney Clayton, Lead Planter, Living Stone Community Church: ‘Christian men, can we be real? If you want a “debt-free virgin” without tattoos, there is good reason to ask if you are actually a Christian child who needs to grow in grace and truth.’

Jarrid Wilson, Pastor, Harvest Christian Fellowship: ‘Stuff like this breaks my heart. As if a women who is not a virgin, has tattoos, and is in debt is worth less than a woman who isn’t those things. C’mon, Christians! We’re better than this.’

But you can’t expect to live one way and think you can have the rewards of the other. Women who develop their feminine skills for good will most likely have a better chance of marriage because that’ll usually attract a quality man…wherease women who develop the selfish-you go grrrll skills will have a better chance of heartbreak from chads, hard hearts and cats.

As if a women who is not a virgin, has tattoos, and is in debt is worth less than a woman who isn’t those things. C’mon, Christians! We’re better than this.’

Then he can man up and marry the slut.

  68. earl says:

I am not against them for a period, or situation….but none of them, even Prozac was nvere meant to be used for a long period of time.

I’m no doctor, but I am a person who had a drug problem…….my last physical……the Asian doctor is giving a listen at my chest……he says…..”Odd, you have an enlarged heart……., and a murmur in one of your ventricles…”

I told him “Cocaine abuse. Been clean 13 years. No relapses.”

He raised his eyebrows and said “Yeah, that will do it. You’re slender, and you seem to stay active, and having an enlarged heart isn’t a real danger because you are trim…..but as you get older, this will have to be monitored a bit more.”

Drug abuse….legal or illegal does have consequences and you will have to live with them. I am so tired of people, even Christans who have this calvalier attitude “but…..but a doctor gave it to me, so it its’ okay”

Basically, there’s some evidence to suggest that women who pursue the normal life path, with pregnancies in their early 20s, tend to be more fertile, later. Women who pursue the career path — even if they’re chaste and celibate — tend to see an early dropoff in ability to conceive.

So, I started looking again to marry. Since I’m Orthodox, I want an Orthodox wife. Since I’m not 30, fat chance on finding one in the US. Sure, it might be possible, but just as the priests all grew up immersed in our feminist culture, so did the women.

A couple hundred bucks and a few pictures and I got signed up on a website full of women in the FSU(Former Soviet Union). Most take care of themselves better than Americans ten and twenty years their junior. Quite a few are still delusional. None really give off the “Save me from Communism” vibe.

AND, to the point of the article Lexet Blog linked, if a woman has never married and has kids, I just click past that one.

If anyone is curious, it seems that the idea of a soul mate is a commonly held fantasy, err, belief. And, despite the language difference, you can tell the difference between the word choice, and sentence structure of a medical doctor and a dental hygienist.

Removing psychotropic drugs and birth control would have a very short period of crazy, and then would result in a far more peaceful woman. Toss in elimination of consumption of high carb/preservative/estrogenic foods along with moderate exercise, and good things happen.

Using a timing contraceptive method, couple with modern technology like the Ladycomp (google it) would result in a woman who would experience natural mood swings which satisfies their desire for emotional drama for 90% of cases, and would also allow them to experience the hormonal effects of sex from semen and her own natural responses to both bond and build relationships.

Not to mention it tends to reinforce a nuclear family, lower cancer rates, personal happiness and life satisfcation, male leadership, patriarchy, western civilization, etc.

Just as the epidural/pitocin trend is devastating for mother/baby attachment and growth, so too are most medical interventions in hormonal cycles.

  76. anonymous_ng says:

    @Damn Crackers, I’ll be 51 this year.

Here’s some more blathering just because someone might find it interesting, and it’s a slow news day.

I have an acquaintance who said to look amongst the divorced with children crowd as they’re motivated. However, there is the “Is that adultery?” question, and the “Another man has already been there.” problem. And, for me, the real problem of not wanting to take some other man’s kids halfway around the world where they never see their father again, even if culturally, the fathers don’t care etc.

So, I’ve been swinging for the fence and only contacting never married women in their early 30s.

Despite having a good measure of DG’s LAMPS characteristics(189cm/100kg, some balding at the temples none on top, minimal grey, 35 years in the gym, and apparently a face that’s pleasant to look upon), the response has been tepid. Of course, that is probably also because of my talk of being devoutly Orthodox. Don’t care. It’s important to me.

If I’d done this six or seven years ago, the pool of prospects would have been significantly larger. If I didn’t have kids at home, I’d move to Kiev or Vilnius, get visas for Russia, and Belarus, and pop over the border for coffee, and that also would increase the odds of successfully finding a proper wife.

I did get contacted by a 24 yo woman with a daughter. My eldest is 22. That was just not going to work.

If your morals/ethics are different, apparently, divorced men don’t care much about their kids, so perhaps you can find your 18yo, but she’s unlikely to be a virgin. At least that’s my impression.

  77. earl says:

Yeah I often wonder if a lot of this crazy nonsense from women is mostly the result of the pill removing what they should normally go through in the menstrual cycle and they are seeking other ways to get it. Lately I’ve seen at least a handful of women begin to realize how destructive it was for them and how much better it is when they are off of it. So I’d agree there’d be some short term craziness followed by a ‘why were we on this stuff in the first place’?

is it possible that she doesn’t have the mental capacity to assume responsibility, or realize how harmful she is?

If that’s true, then she is incapable of making her own decisions, which means she needs the patriarchy to make decisions for her.

    So, which is it?

Are women adults endowed with agency, and therefore fully capable of making decisions, and responsible for the consequences of their decisions?

Or, are women not responsible for the consequences of their decisions, and therefore not endowed with agency, and therefore not fully adult, and therefore require others (I nominate the patriarchy) to make decisions for them?

Which is it? You can’t have both simultaneously. Not for long, anyway.

  79. earl says:

I’d say since God gave woman the curse from the fall as He did to man…they have agency for their decision making.

The house or apartment she lives in, the air conditioning, heating, insulation, electricity, running water (hell, even tampons!), the internet connection and computer she uses, the car she drives…almost everything she uses or owns has been created and maintained by men. As TFM has said many times, without men women would die. Do we get even a mild thank you for it? No. This worthless cunt would rather just spit in our eye instead.

While this is certainly the solution to the problem, 99.9999 percent of Western –specifically American— women will reject it out of hand, much preferring the chemically-induced, permanent hell that results from their current chosen path.

    1. Change takes conscious effort, the very idea being anathema to the modern MPALI majority.

    2. They’ve been so completely brainwashed and indoctrinated over their lifetimes by the GovCo/medical/BigPharma industrial complex that the very though of giving up their Soma is enough to induce suicidal urges.

    3. Changing their lifestyles to accord with the way God would have them live requires, that they exercise moral agency, self-control/self-discipline, and think of something higher and more important than themselves. All non-starters for solipsistic, entitled Generation YouGoGrrrrl.

Conventional medicine today is allopathic in its focus (that is, it focuses on identifying and treating symptoms rather than underlying causes). This, coupled with the corrupting influence of Big Pharma, Big Law, Big Accounting, Big Insurance, and Big GovCo leads to a situation where shoveling pills or toxic chemical liquids down a patient’s throat to mask/alleviate annoying symptoms becomes a first-line treatment response, rather thaan a last resort after a careful diagnosis exhausts all other, safer and more effective options. Couple this with what has effectively become the “weaponization” of health care in the hands of the Deep State (the REAL purpose of ObamunistCare), and you have a long-term disaster unfolding.

Her being mentally ill is no excuse, but if that is true, then she is in desperate need of professional help.”

You say no excuse, but in the prior sentence you just pre-excused her due to her abuse, oppressive, male-tainted past — reduced ‘mental capacity to assume responsibility’. It’s been the get-out-of-everything-card for forty years now . . . for females only.

NEVER counsel ‘professional help’ (the psychiatry, psychology, therapy industry scams), neither to males or females. Is that what Jeshua or Scripture told you to do? Ever? You’re just tossing them back into the furnace of secular, fully-feminized kulture. Helen Smiths in the ‘helping professions’ are EXTREMELY RARE.

These women are morons, do they really expect uncucked men to simply take what is given instead of what we actually want and need?

With the legal ramifications and the increase of divorce or infidelity by a morally loose women, they’ve made it an incredibly easy choice. There’s nothing to mull over.. they’ve simply over played their hand and are now mad that men still want virgins who treat their bodies well and don’t have tons of student debt spent on worthless, feminist degrees.

  91. Boxer says:

Some men prefer option 2 and I really don’t mind that, far more power to them. Someone has to take them off the market too, rather them than me.

  94. Red Pill Latecomer says:

Scott :the logical conclusion is that the MORE partners you have prior to the current one, the better person you are.

Well, of course. A woman with dozens of previous sexual encounters, and maybe a half dozen “serious, longterm relationships,” is more mature than is a virgin. An experienced woman knows who she is. She knows what she wants. Hence, she’s more stable, grounded, level-headed. She’s not frivolous. She doesn’t waste time pursuing false dreams, because she has her life path all figured out.

Having endured so much, she’s proven herself to be strong and independent. A survivor. She’s whip smart, badass, sassy, and amazing in bed. She’s just so super awesome.

A mature man, secure in his own masculinity, appreciates what an incredible catch is such a woman. She’s a challenge, sure. She’s demanding, has high standards, and is no nonsense. But a real man welcomes the challenge of meeting this woman’s high standards. He knows she’s worth the effort.

Whereas an insecure, immature, man-child is intimidated by smart, strong, sassy, independent, badass, women. Only a man-child would prefer a weak, insecure, inexperienced virgin. A man-child needs a weaker woman he can dominate. A man-child is afraid of a woman who’s his equal, much less his superior.

  95. feministhater says:

Who said anything about reasoning…I’d be just looking for a way to get to the heart of the shiv.

The heart of the shiv is simply this: They want you to accept mud pies in exchange for your silver; and if you don’t want those mud pies and think you would rather exchange your silver for a 100% pure beef pie with all the trimmings… you’re not really a real food connoisseur and must repent of your amateurish ways..

In other words, they need you to marry but cannot do so by providing the incentive of a good wife so instead resort to shaming you for wanting such a good wife in the first place.

  96. Boxer says:

    Dear Feminist Hater:

Jeez, 30K in debt is positively doable compared to many of the filthy wimminz I’ve met and banged. Start meeting some of these idiot wimminz who have been to graduate/law/business school, and then gone on to illustrious careers working part time as adjuncts or volunteers. These stupid wimminz often come loaded with more owed than the average small home. Good luck with marrying that shit.

Yep, that is the usual card played all the time. I don’t care anymore. A couple years ago, it was virgin wife or bust, now it’s just.. no wife, happy life.

The above shaming only works if you play into their framing of the situation. Don’t play their game, once they play that card, you push the red button and nuke the game from orbit.

In the end, I don’t want or need a sexually promiscuous, feminist wife with student debt to match her partner count, who comes with neck tattoos all over her body. Whatever barter they expected me to partake in is just not going to happen, the deal is off, down the tubes, off the table.

And if not? Why didn’t they?

    Ahhhhhhh! Yes!

They always lived holy, set apart sanctioned lives beyond reproach….so they got to marry the virginal ones with no tattoos……and they met their future wife when they were eighteen or whatever…

I’ve read serious journal articles recounting studies where male fertility was much improved by switching to a much younger genetic mother, even if their previous “tried and failed to have a kid with” partner was not actually infertile. This is why, as a male then aged 49, I used a 23-YO egg donor for my kids.

Men prefer “debt-free virgins without tattoos” who haven’t already been ejaculated in/on by other men in the same way that when they go to Macca’s they prefer to be given a burger that someone hasn’t already taken a bite out of.

Things which are sealed, brand-new and unused are more valuable than things which aren’t. That’s just a fact of life, at least as far as we humans engage with life.

That’s why women being “freed” from the oversight of their fathers in deciding who they have sex with – nevermind just who they marry – has resulted in such catastrophe for women:

Young women are primarily concerned with meaningless short-term feelings over “The One (After Another)”, which leads to them readily giving up sex for no benefit to themselves (being “unpaid prostitutes”, as Spike called them). Doing this makes them less attractive to future mates, particularly desirable mates (“alphas”), eventually culminating with “the wall” and a complete loss of attraction from all men. Cue depression and cats.

Fathers were concerned about their daughters’ long-term prospects, which led them to protect their daughters’ virginity because they knew that once that was gone their daughters would lose most of their ‘potential sale price’ due to them being ‘spoiled goods’. This, combined with marrying early when they were still ‘fresh’, helped to allow their daughters to go on to fetch one very good, reliable, long-term mate who they’d be able to stay married to throughout their lives. Cue happiness and children.

Debt is just an immediately obvious burden that men wouldn’t want to take on, but tattoos on women being unadvisable is also simple and easy to explain. However, I’ve already written enough and it really isn’t that important.

I’d say – in agreement with @feministhater – that most of the bluster from women about “Who are you to judge? What, am I not allowed to have a life beforehand?” is just a flailing attempt to get men to give up on their perfectly valid, relevant standards about who (or who not) to mate with. Like a fruit salesman in a bazaar who berates you and says you’re just fussy and unappreciative for not wanting to buy his ugly, rotten fruit, it’s the only actual avenue they have left for convincing you to part with your money.

    @Luke

“No, no one has to take them off the market. Better such irredeemable b*tchy sluts live unhappy, impoverished, reproductively barren lives…”

To a certain extent I think this is true, and that such a fate is fitting, but at a certain point we will cross a line where this simply becomes the embracement of death.

If all men went MGTOW, and all women born today go on to hit their 30s and become infertile without having had children, then there is literally zero capacity left for our societies to have children at all. We will all live out the next however many years, knowing that our societies are already long dead and that we were the ones who watched them die.

Consider this: No matter how tatted up and nasty a woman is, any child born to her is born without those qualities. That is, a woman’s learned behaviour and physical alterations are non-heritable.

“Tame” a slut, have patriarchal family -> Children who take after their father, have patriarchal families -> A new generation without any of the qualities of their slutty grandmother

(And I’m not saying “Man up and marry those sluts!” because I still readily admit that this is a raw deal through-and-through, and that really this is all moot until the laws that currently govern marriage are made to disappear.

However, one should just recognise that women behaving badly or having a dream catcher tattoo isn’t a deal-breaker that makes you throw the entire reproductive future of society out the window, especially if you were to live in/create a patriarchal society without our marriage laws where you aren’t forced to tolerate such behaviours from women after having married them.

The laws are the problem, the women are just undesirable.)

Hi, ingracious. Two points WRT your post above:

    1) your point about men wanting burgers that no one else has taken a bit out out of? You don’t go far enough with your analogy. Try, more like men don’t want a burger that’s been sitting out on the counter, unwrapped and unrefrigerated for 18 hours post-cooking, with 3/4 of it eaten, and the remaining 1/4 very possibly spit in. This Redpanels comic strip did it nicely: http://redpanels.com/237/

    2) I am exceedingly concerned re demographics in the West, especially in the U.S. I advocate men never marrying in the West, never getting married to a Western woman anywhere, never cohabitating with any woman in the West, and never impregnating a woman in the West outside of a gestational surrogate arrangement. Further, I highly DO recommend the latter, with just hiring what help he needs. I have two 6-YO children from an egg donor/gestational surrogate deal, with my only regret/mistake (aside from not having done it sooner) that I believed I had to marry to do this.

Luke: Oh, and the “soul mate” concept? Laughable hooey. The agnostic geek cartoon xkcd gutshot that one with complete finality IMO: https://what-if.xkcd.com/9/

I don’t believe in soul mates, but that site fails to “gutshot” soul mate theory because it gets the theory wrong. It assumes that your soul mate might be born centuries earlier or later than yourself. Also, that your soul mate might be on the other side of the planet, and thus you’ll never meet.

Everyone who’s ever spoke of soul mates seems to believe that Fate (or God, gods, the Universe, Destiny, whatever) wants soul mates to meet. Thus, your soul mate is always within your age range, alive on Earth while you’re alive. Furthermore, Fate (etc.) is pressing soul mates toward each other, through the interplay of seemingly random events.

At some point in your life, you will be in close proximity to your soul mate. Perhaps you’ll pass on the street, only once. Or maybe Fate will place the two of you in the same cubicle at work. Some people get a greater opportunity to recognize their soul mates than others, but everyone gets some kind of chance.

This is why women are so easily dissatisfied with their husbands. Women are certain the Universe is delivering their soul mates to within their vicinity. They just have to look harder.

Frivorcing a non-soul mate husband is thus justified, Destiny wants you to keep yourself free and available for your soul mate. The Universe went to a great deal of trouble creating and delivering your soul mate, especially for you. You owe it to the Universe to be there when Fate sends that Special Someone your way.

… the “weaponization” of health care in the hands of the Deep State …
A Brief Focused Assessment of my parenting found I was being a bad example for my children, by not going to a doctor routinely, even though I perceive myself to be in excellent health with no complaints, and I have spent untold hours online scouring the latest medical studies for performance enhancing body-hacks. Don’t leave your health in the hands of the established medical cabal.

Got a medical problem, run it by me, I may have some recommendations. (I am not a doctor)
However I completely cured my hay fever a year ago.
I cured my high blood pressure, which my entire family has.
I can and have cured a verified brown recluse bite in under 30 minutes.
And I can make recommendations on preventing or stalling various degenerative diseases, Etc.

The last time I went to the doctors over 4 years ago for a physical, the guy was an idiot. He told me no supplements do anything for you, or they couldn’t be sold over the counter. I told him if I was as naïve as him I couldn’t keep my job in my industry. I probably should have waited to tell him that until after he checked my prostate. It felt like he was trying to rip it out. The doctor called me later to tell me that the blood lab results showed me to be in kidney failure! He was astounded that I had not died already. When I got him to tell me what the lab results actually showed he said I had an abnormally high creatinine level. I laughed and told him I’d be fine, and thanks for the call. He got mad and said something about I’d be dead if I didn’t come back in. A couple years ago the hospital sent me a letter telling me “my doctor” was leaving. (he got demoted to an old folks home) If you take Creatine supplements, Creatinine is a byproduct that gets excreted.

This below, is all from a similar Gubmint case study; as the establishment began to figure out what was already common sense to folks like me.
These blood results were initially misconstrued as renal failure due to the correspondingly low eGFR. After discontinuation of the supplements, the serum creatinine concentration returned to within normal range and renal function was concluded to be normal. … Creatine is a widely available product, with existing evidence supporting the fact that it potentiates muscle power and strength. It is legal, considered to be safe, and is not classified as a pharmaceutical agent. As an under recognized issue, the link between the consumption of such products and the blood results obtained could be easily overlooked during consultation. Fortunately, this initial misdiagnosis was rectified after acknowledging the reversal of results at the specialist renal review. … The patient was advised that a bodybuilding supplement had caused a false reading in his kidney function test, falsely implying that he had acute kidney failure. Since there is no health evidence to support the use of these supplements, he was advised to discontinue them. …It is believed that creatine supplementation can potentiate the ability of skeletal muscles to resynthesize ATP from ADP. As a result, recovery times shorten and muscle contractility is improved, allowing for longer and more intense training. This forms the principles behind the claimed ergogenic advantages of creatine use.
So, in review: Creatine may recover(Build) your muscles faster, and improve muscle contractility(Make you strong as F***), but otherwise it just helps your brain and every other known system in your body function a bit better, but there is “no health evidence to support” its use. LOL it is the most studied supplement ever, and it has a list of benefits a mile long. It has some side effects too, and it doesn’t help everybody, some people apparently make enough of their own, or eat enough meat. But the moral of the story is that the medical industry is absolutely clueless about nutrition and supplements. If you follow their advice you’ll quickly become a constant patient of theirs. I haven’t met a doctor yet that is the physical specimen that I am at my age. But I did see one on YouTube. But, I’m all Natty! If legal research chemicals are permitted in the “natural”.

I’m sure the writer probably explained it that way because it put butts in the seats of the theatre and hence he made a living.

I always joke that I could make a mint by writing a “Hallmark made for TV movie” screenplay.

You will need some basics to follow:

-The story always has a drop dead beautiful female lead between the ages of 25-35
-She moves back to her hometown / a new village / a small city
*After her break-up from a bad, bad, bad boyfriend
*The death of her mother / sister / female cousin, who she was very, very, very close to
*The mean old company she worked for in the big city got bought out and she lost her job

-Male lead is very handsome and
*owns a small construction company / is a handyman / is a ranch hand at the local dairy farm / a firefighter with the local volunteer fire department
    *drives a truck
*has zero interest from any of the women already in the town

    -They meet
*at the local church where he is a handyman
*at the bakery / ski resort / church / day care center where she works…only part time
*At a town hall / council meeting where a big, mean, old man is going to ruin the town with his new development

Side characters of an old-bitty grandmother type who always knows best. The male leads’ mother who knows best for her son. The female leads’ BFF who always is there for the female lead…”no matter what!” We also have the humble pastor, the kindly boss in the bakery / ski resort and guys “wingman” who plays always plays a pick-up game of basketball with the male lead and knows all about “women” so you had better listen to him. Also, these movies always have a dog (usually a German shepperd, or golden lab) that is smarter than most people in the movie (“Good dog….because of you, the town will now be saved from destruction!!” lol).

Somehow, the female lead owns a house, has a nice, sensible new car and has so many talents (every woman in these movies makes the most amazing handcrafted Christmas decorations)

Somehow the male lead owns land, and wants to build a house for his family someday, can afford a 50K truck by working little or not at all (volunteer firefighters don’t make anything)

They of course meet and hate each other at first, then they become friends….but wait…..the old boyfriend, or the old job back in the “big city” opens up and a huge promotion is offered for the female lead….

They have struggles with the the developer….if the lead is a “Luke Perry” type of man, there will be a fight over “rights’ to the female lead…but not too violent….it’s the Hallmark channel

All loose ends are tied up, and a first kiss with an engagement ring comes…

*Christmas Day with all family and friends around when it is snowing of course
*On Valentines day over a romantic meal in a small but classy restaurant

    Voila!

“Related to the rom-com subject, what does everyone here think about the movies shown on the Hallmark Channel? They seem at first glance to be relatively wholesome if predictable.”

They are “relatively wholesome” in the sense that there is no vulgar language, no nudity, no sex even implied, etc. However, the women mostly base their choice of man on emotion (feelz), although sometimes their choice is made after they realize their desired man is a jerk and their emotions were wrong. Additionally, it is not unusual for the man and/or woman to be divorced, glamorizing the idea that divorce is okay and things will work out. Also, everything is quick and focused on the infatuation of early romance up to the wedding. Overall, I’d recommend against a pack of Hallmark movies. Individual movies might be okay, but only if you know for certain.

If you want movies of a very similar strain, I think the “Love Comes Softly” movies are okay. Certainly much better in that God and Christianity are often obviously present, and emotions are constrained in their decisions. Or maybe you could find older movies portraying healthier relationships with enough romance to satisfy the craving. I can’t immediately think of any examples, though.

  119. “Christian romance novels” are written the same way…but all the stories take place on the frontier in the post-civil war era or are about the Amish.

And yes, doctors are indeed clueless (or worse) about nutrition. I read somewhere that this is one subject that medical schools all but completely avoid, that med students on average get all of about FOUR HOURS of nutrition education during a decade of medical school. FOUR FREAKING HOURS.

The FDA allows these frankenmolecules to be advertised to desperate people via TV, but tries every year to grab power to more tightly regulate the supplement/herbal market.

In a saner society there would be public executions over this.

Here’s the news. Your physician isn’t supposed to give you detailed advice on what to eat. He’s your first contact for health problems, and his job is to refer you to a dietician, or a physical therapist, or a psychologist, if he thinks that you need any of those things.

  125. Red Pill Latecomer says:

Hallmark/Lifetime movies fall into two categories. Romance and “Women in Jeopardy” Thrillers.

They’re extremely formulaic, as formulaic as any 1980s slasher film.

Many of the female romantic leads are single moms. It’s not their fault. Sometimes they’re widows. Often they are the victims of sleazy, immature husbands who left them for a bimbo.

The single moms want their ex to be in their child’s life, but the ex-hubby is too immature, chasing after bimbos, and doesn’t care about his own kids. (e.g., A Golden Christmas)

Fortunately, the single mom is beautiful, smart, competent. She practically runs the company she works for, although the sexist boss doesn’t realize it. In the end, after she finds her true love and leaves the company, the boss begs her to stay, offering raises and promotions. (e.g., Stranded in Paradise).

The single moms always meet a sexy Alpha Provider.

In A-list films, romcom leads initially dislike each other, but in Hallmark/Lifetime movies, the Alpha Provider is smitten by the single mom right from the start. He spends the whole film orbiting her. (e.g. Christmas Town, A Golden Christmas, Stranded in Paradise, The Convenient Groom).

A-list theatrical romcoms seem targeted at younger women, who still seek drama. Hallmark romcoms seem targeted at older, single moms, who want instant affirmation from a rich Alpha.

Hallmark/Lifetime movies are not wholesome. The message is: Singles Moms are awesome. Honorable, strong, independent. Working moms are awesome. Incredibly competent, running businesses while raising a child that some man-boy disowned. Lucky is the man who’s wise enough to man-up and marry such an amazing single mom.

These films make women dissatisfied with their lives. It reinforces the sense that there’s some sexy millionaire soul mate out there for them, if only they’re brave enough to follow their hearts and frivorce the loser they’re married to.

  131. Dave says:

No, physicians are not dietitians. Boxer is correct.
Physicians have a general idea about diet—what to eat and what to avoid. But the details are a subspecialty under endocrinology. Even then, nutritionists are probably the best set of people to educate the patient on the specifics of nutrition. Endocrinologists may be too technical for the patient.
It is not that nutrition is not important, or that it is too difficult a subject. It may be that doctors already have tons of stuff to learn, they outsourced the topics under nutrition. Just as they outsourced other aspects of care.

You’d be surprised how useful the minutiae become when the time comes for it.
Nurse practitioners and physician assistants are able to handle the bread and butter of patient care. But when the rubber meets the road, and the patient presents with unusual symptoms, or the tested and true treatments don’t seem to work, it’s the knowledge of the minutiae that separates the men from the boys. And, of course, you can’t have subspecialists, unless they master the basics—which often involves learning the minutiae.
And, speaking of looking up the minutiae when needed, if you had not previously known there was something to look up, you’d probably never know when to do so.

That’s a red herring. You learn those things hands-on and by study/research later when practicing. I’m talking about the 2nd year med school doing a ridiculous short-term memory dump (exam) in which he’ll forget 95% of what he learned in a week. I’ve known plenty of doctors, dentists, vets, etc. who’ve confirmed this is what they’re education is sans the practical, hands-on stuff near the end.The weed-out phase needs to be before med school, and maybe during the first semester. As important is nutrition is, the fact that it’s barely covered in med school is a travesty.

  137. Dave says:

It’s the “ridiculous memory dump” that makes the practical, hands-on possible, and even comprehensible, near the end, if you want to know. Otherwise, you could easily take almost anyone off the streets, and show them how things are done in a “practical, hands-on” in just a few weeks, and be done with it. Voila! You’ve created a spanking new doctor. I bet you, they’ll cause more harm than you can imagine.

And just because a doctor in a certain field does not find much of what they learn very useful in their daily practice does not invalidate the usefulness of their training. The pathologist almost never uses a stethoscope, or check a patient’s pulse, but she must possess the knowledge to be considered a pathologist worth the title. The radiologists are all doctors; they hardly ever interact with patients in real life, except as it relates to imaging studies. Should they skip all the bedside training then? I don’t think so.

Medical education does not try to train everyone to become a family doctor, but to have enough fund of foundational knowledge, such that they would be ready to specialize in any field of medicine in the future, should they wish to do so. And, medical students are made to learn so much during their years of training that it is simply impossible for them to grasp the meanings or relevance of much of what they learn. That is actually expected.

I remember the first time I was exposed to the study of biochemistry in college. It was all “minutiae” to me, because I did not see the relevance of knowing the structures of amino acids, proteins and carbohydrates to my chosen course of study. Years later, that knowledge served me handsomely when I needed to study the same subject on a higher level. Although I could barely remember what I learned the first time, I was able to understand the subject much better the second time around, because I had had a rudimentary knowledge in the past. And even then, that knowledge of minutiae helped me understand why certain medications are contraindicated in some people and not in others, etc.

As important is nutrition is, the fact that it’s barely covered in med school is a travesty.
Actually, nutrition is extensively covered in medschool, almost at every turn. As a medical student, you learn tons about the importance of food to good health, even though you may not be told you are taking a nutrition class. All those topics on alcoholism you learn in psychiatry rotation; alcohol induced hepatitis you learn in gastroenterology rotation; certain types of dermatitis caused by micronutrient deficiency you learn in dermatology rotation; diabetes mellitus you learn in endocrinology rotation, etc, are clearly related to nutrition, even though no one will come out and tell you you are being taught the subject.

And, nutrition, in practice, is just as important as pharmacy, physical therapy, social services, etc. Doctors know when those services are required, and they wisely refer the patients to the specific people to handle the details, as there is more than enough for them to do already.

The husband, last on the list of ”boyfriends”, has a pile of accumulated toxic shit to wade through and dilute out, in addition to demands placed on his time, his job, his income, his housing and his social life. He can do without this extra pile of dung (thanks Sheila for using that in your article) in his wife.
NONE of them can explain why marriage-minded men can do without this extra burden, why they should put up with it, and why they should be the ones to wade through the accumulated mess.
Selfishness and solipsism on display. They do, of course, never want a woman like them to marry their sons. A wife’s contempt is solely reserved for her husband. His mistake: He made the hideous mistake of marrying her for love*

    This is wisdom.
    _______________
I keep hearing the same refrain from Christian women:

“A woman’s value comes from her relationship with Christ, not from her virginity, or her lack of tattoos or debt.”

Try to explain that we’re not talking about our standing before God, but rather commenting on market forces (i.e. the laws or supply and demand dictate that something in high demand but low supply is more valuable than something in low demand but high supply), and they retort that every woman was paid for by Christ’s blood, and is therefore worth exactly the same amount.

In other words: try as you might to help them make distinctions between these two ideas (worth before God as one redeemed in Christ vs. worth before a man as one who is a liability to his success and the success of his progeny), they won’t (can’t?) do it.

Which makes me ask: is there Biblical precedent for the idea that a woman has trouble distinguishing the man in her life from God?

  142. Tom Lemke says:

Also keep in mind that these women have no problem with judging between men on the grounds of “net worth.”

But you won’t hear any men screaching that, since their “worth is found in Christ” their net worth should be considered “dung” for the purpose of attracting quality women.

And if you ask a modern pastor, he’ll tell you to man up, increase your net worth so you can be a good husband, and marry that girl with $50k in debt, a tramp stamp, and a notch count in the double digits because “she’s been forgiven” and so has the same value as a woman who has no debt, tattoos, or n-count (again conflating value as wife-material with value as one redeemed in Christ). Asking that women do something to make themselves good wives? Heh.

I don’t need to belabor the double standard to the gents here (Dalrock has chronicled it extensively), but I do still have to wonder out loud why otherwise wise and devout pastors can miss this glaring inconsistency. Don’t pastors go to years of school to learn how to distinguish between, say, the “being” and “person” aspects of the Triune Godhead? Or between Law and Gospel? I mean, they sure insist on the distinction between priest and laity (in orthodox denominations at least), so I know they can make basic distinctions.

So why won’t they? Is the brain damage from the Blue Pill responsible for cognitive dissonance that extensive?

If a woman had a solid “relationship with Christ” from the very beginning, she would be virginal, debt-free, actively seeking a husband, and proudly working to display the Godly attributes that Scripture demands of her.

In other words, this whole point of contention wouldn’t be one.

Seven times seven years, or forty nine. Some account the fiftieth year as jubilee but the basic formula is 7×7. This accounting also occurs on a macro scale. Seven in the number of completion/perfection Scripturally, thus its relationship with jubilee, forgiveness, and renewal.

  148. feeriker says:

Also, the fake magazine cover Roosh posts in his article is laughable. On the subject of diet and I cannot speak for how things are today but I possess the lengthy dietary prescription as prepared by my Mother’s G.P. sometime following the birth of us children when my Mother felt that she was no longer as slim as she would have preferred.

The field of nutrition, like all fields in medicine, has exploded to a level where one person can hardly keep up with everything. Imagine a situation where the doctor must know everything about nutrition, eye diseases, skin diseases, heart, lungs, stomach, kidney, brain, muscle and bone diseases, not to talk of blood, the immune system, and of course emotional and related disorders, etc, etc, and be able to keep up with every one of those fields throughout their practicing life. That’ll be a nightmare for them, and a serious danger to their patients.

Doctors used to handle issues related to pharmaceuticals as well, until it was thought better to let the pharmacists handle those.

  156. MKT says:

“And, nutrition, in practice, is just as important as pharmacy”

Actually it’s much more important. All of the countless prescriptions and dollars spent on blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. meds do little to extend life, and if anything, destroy the quality of life in later years. And don’t get me started on all of the antibiotics given “just in case you need them”–as if they were totally harmless drugs with zero effect on our health (guts). I’ll give full credit to modern medicine for some things–such as saving lives and preventing further damage for ER patients who have come in from auto accidents and similar circumstances. But it’s been an abject failure for solving the lifestyle-related illnesses and conditions that plague us more than anything else.

The stuff you said about “nutrition” being taught in med school doesn’t prove your point, either.

  157. Dave says:

Wow. You used she instead of he for the generic pronoun. Am I still in the manosphere?

Sooo, of all the things I wrote there, that was the only thing you saw? I thought it was more convenient to use she because it includes a he and a she. Now that you mentioned it, I take it back.

  158. Dave says:

And don’t get me started on all of the antibiotics given “just in case you need them”>

It’s a myth to claim that doctors still prescribe antibiotics “just in case you need them”. That may be true in the past, but not now, where there is universal push for antibiotic stewardship across the board.

But it’s been an abject failure for solving the lifestyle-related illnesses and conditions that plague us more than anything else.

I just have to laugh at this apparently uninformed claim. Maybe if you knew how many people’s lives have been improved and prolonged by cardiac bypass surgeries, brain surgeries, kidney transplant surgeries, liver transplant surgeries, and many other surgeries directed at diseases that are largely secondary to the modern lifestyle, you’d be more hesitant to label medical marvels a failure.

  159. MKT says:

“universal push for antibiotic stewardship across the board”?

Really? What a joke. That hasn’t been the experience of anyone in my family or anyone else I know. Good thing we almost always toss those prescriptions in the garbage where they belong.

And now you’re conflating surgeries (which have their own issues, but I haven’t mentioned them) and pharma. Just stop. I realize you’re trying desperately to defend a broken system you’re a part of, but it’s not working. You’re just digging a deeper pit to fall in.

    You are correct. From https://web.archive.org/web/20050306032730/http://nomarriage.com:80/paternity_test.shtml

From the Guardian, 1998-07-14: “More than 25 years ago the consultant obstetrician E E Phillipp reported to a symposium on embryo transfer that blood tests on between 200 and 300 women in a town in the south-east of England revealed that 30 per cent of their children could not have been fathered by the men whose blood groups had also been sampled”.

From the Dallas Morning News 1999-10-31: “DNA Diagnostics Center … an industry leader, says 30 percent of the men it tests prove to be misidentified. Similar numbers come from the Texas attorney general’s office, which enforces child support: About a quarter of the men who disputed paternity in the last year turned out to be right. In Florida, the proportion was one-third”.

From the Sunday Times 2000-01-23: “David Hartshorne, spokesman for Cellmark, said that in about one case in seven, the presumed father turns out to be the wrong man”.

From the Santa Barbara News-Press 2000-02-27: “For the population as a whole, “The generic number used by us is 10 percent,” said Dr. Bradley Popovich, vice president of the American College of Medical Genetics. [15 to 25 % has been determined from blood tests of parents and offspring in Canada and the US.]”

From The Age 2000-03-26: “About 3000 paternity tests are carried out a year in Australia. In about 20 per cent of cases the purported father is found to be unrelated to the child. This figure is estimated to be 10 per cent in the general community”.

From The REPORT Newsmagazine 2000-04-24: “The rate of wrongful paternity in “stable monogamous marriages,” according to the Max Planck Institute in Munich, Germany, ranges from one in 10 with the first child to one in four with the fourth”.

From the Independent 2000-05-12: “… biologists Robin Baker and Mark Bellis … review of paternity studies also suggested frequent infidelity, with extra-pair paternity running between 1.4 per cent and 30 per cent in different communities”.

From The Globe and Mail 2000-05-20: “Anecdotal evidence suggests these numbers bear out in Canada as well…. Maxxam Analytics in Guelph, Ont., performs approximately two paternity tests a day. And according to Dr. Wayne Murray, head of the human DNA department, one out of four men who come in pointing a finger at their spouse is not the biological father of the child in question”.

From the Sunday Times 2000-06-11: “More than 250,000 tests a year are now conducted in America, and about 15,000 in Britain…. roughly 30% of men taking the tests discover that they are not the fathers of the children they regarded as their own. In the wider community, social scientists say up to 1 in 20 children are not the offspring of the man who believes himself to be their father”.

From the Observer 2000-09-03: “One study followed couples waiting for NHS fertility treatment, where the men were ‘azoospermic’, meaning they produced no sperm and were totally infertile. The researchers found that 25 per cent of the women became pregnant before fertility treatment started”.

From the American Association of Blood Banks – 2001-02-26: “The overall exclusion rate for 1999 was 28.2% for accredited labs. Exclusion rates for non-accredited US and foreign labs were slightly less at 22.7% and 20.6% respectively”.

Something close is an M.D. called a physiatrist.

From the AAMPR (American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) website:

    “What Does a Physiatrist Do
The Medical Student’s Guide to PM&R
Physiatrists maximize what a patient can do and assist the patient in adapting to what he or she cannot. A physiatrist should be consulted when pain, weakness, or disability is preventing a patient from achieving their desired level of independence.

Physiatrists work in a variety of environments including inpatient, outpatient, and consulting roles. They can practice solo, in groups, and academic settings. Physiatrists can work along the entire spectrum of patient care, from acute care hospitals, sub-acute facilities such as inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics.
To maximize function, physiatrists use a variety of techniques including medications, injections, modalities, therapeutic exercise, prosthetics / orthotics, cognitive therapy and adaptive devices to treat patients of all ages.
Physiatrists facilitate physiologic adaptation to disability to prevent complications or deterioration secondary to disabling conditions.
Physiatrists may use musculoskeletal ultrasound and electrodiagnostics to help aid in the diagnosis of complex neurologic or musculoskeletal injuries.
The goal of the physiatrist is to provide medical care to patients with pain, weakness, numbness, flaccidity, spasticity and loss of function so that they can maximize their physical, biological, psychological, social, and vocational potential.
As people survive conditions that once would have been fatal, the field of physiatry is moving to the forefront of medicine. The specialty serves all age groups and treats problems that touch upon all major systems of the body.”

  177. Dave says:

    @MKT,

Really? What a joke. That hasn’t been the experience of anyone in my family or anyone else I know. Good thing we almost always toss those prescriptions in the garbage where they belong.

You reminded me of a family I once visited. The wife was previously diagnosed with colon cancer a year earlier. She decided to treat herself through nutrition, because “cancer cells feed on bad foods”. This was an otherwise good religious family, though they were evidently cynical of the medical profession, just like you are; the husband was a pastor.
I couldn’t believer my ears. I took some time to talk with the wife, and realized that she had been experiencing abdominal pain and intermittent constipation. I impressed upon her and her daughter to see an oncologist pronto. I later wrote and filled a prescription for her for a painkiller (which I later learned she did not take, though she was always in pain).
Long story short, she saw an oncologist, and the doctor tried as much as they could for her. I think she underwent a debulking operation (where they cut out some of the tumor to reduce the size). But she died some years later, because the cancer had gone too far.

It is a good idea to pay attention to one’s health. But it could be deadly to assume that one knows more than they do. You don’t treat cancer with “nutrition”.
I always encourage patients not to play doctor, because things often end up badly. They should always ask questions from their doctors, and see that they get satisfactory answers. What is the point of going to see a doctor when you are sick, only to throw the prescription he gave you into the garbage can? And, frankly, no matter what you think, you don’t know a tenth of what your doctor knows.
I agree with you that things could be better. We need less, not more, of government regulations of healthcare. We also need the insurance companies to get out of standing between doctors and their patients, etc. But to write off the medical profession, even in the US, as being a joke, is absurd.

  178. Sharkly says:

Hey middle-aged dudes, here’s the stuff … you should be doing now to stay healthy…

Cut your bodyfat to 21% or below. (Even a doctor knows that one)
Lift really heavy stuff and then put it back down, repeatedly (Weightlifting)
Clean out your arteries with the following:
    1. take Serrapeptase on an empty stomach, and then don’t eat for half an hour.
    2. Vitamin K2
    3. Vitamin C & Lysine dissolution of lipoprotein-a ~Linus Pauling/Matthias Rath
    4. L-arginine & vitamin D3 ~Joseph Prendergast MD.
    5. Chondroitin Sulfate & Lecithin reduction of arterial plaque ~Lester Morrison MD.
Research N-acetyl Epitalon amidate or N-acetyl Epitalon, (buy them, inject them, thank me later)
Keep some TB-500 on hand to inject if you get an injury (recovery in a bottle)
Take Iodine & Selenium for your thyroid and prostate and cancer prevention.
Take some SARMS to reverse BPH if you already have it. (Do your research)
try oral chelation with sodium EDTA, & replace lost trace minerals with Colloidal minerals.
Take a teaspoon of DMSO if you ever get a headache, and mix it with Iodine to topically cure skin cancer.
I could go on for days, but that is a good list to start with. If anything makes you worse, quit it. If you start getting nose bleeds, back off on the arterial cleansing. Your dick is a good indicator of your progress. When it works like when you were a teenager, you’re there.

Diet wise, eat traditional fats, meat, fish, lots of protein. Most folks need to cut out the junk food carbs. Trans-fats are the devil. Don’t go bonkers on the fiber for the sake of your gut biome(you’re not a cow). But eat multiple fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Try some gynostmma tea.

If you still have the manboobs after all that try some Aromatase inhibitors & prolactin Inhibitors.
Rub some betadine on your nipples before bed, and let it dry. A little on your nuts helps too.(no joke)

And if you’ve never fasted, try it for 1-3 days, unsweetened clear liquids only. And you should pray while the hunger is bothering you. Research has shown fasting can reverse inulin resistance.
Buy or borrow an ozone generator and run it, while away, if you have toxic mold in your house.
Try to, with your doctor, wean yourself off of any drugs that are not absolutely necessary.
Quit fluoride. Try to get 7-9 hours of sleep a night. (important for testosterone levels)

If you have high blood pressure, loose the weight, clean the arteries, supplement the iodine, buy some potassium bicarbonate and take it in water 1/2 teaspoon at a time, regularly until you blood pressure drops. Buy “Lite salt” that is sodium chloride/potassium chloride, use as much as you want. Switch your water softener from sodium chloride to potassium chloride if you can. The OTC potassium pills in the store are limited to 99mg. They aren’t enough to do hardly anything. The government limits that because much larger doses of potassium can drop your blood pressure. Go figure.

If you are bit by a brown recluse spider mix DMSO with Vinegar or vitamin C or some other weak acid, and apply it to the area. the DMSO will transport the acid through the skin and neutralize the alkaline necrotizing enzyme that is active in the spiders venom. It works fast like magic, and results in zero damage form the bite. Every other treatment I’ve heard of is less effective.

Feel free to ask if you’ve got other issues, I’ve done a shit ton of sifting through research and testimonials and trying stuff out on myself. A good place to start for researching any common supplement is reading Amazon reviews. If over 80% are positive, it is good stuff. 90%=miracle product. 60% = don’t waste your money, below that it might actually be bad for you. More reviews = more reliable data.

  179. Sharkly says:

Folks who couldn’t keep up in my degree field, were encouraged to try entering medicine. LOL
Fortunately I’ve been able to correctly diagnose some things for my family while their doctors were still unconcerned or baffled. And I often run off of the latest published research, not stuff I sort of remember from 30 years ago. The more ignorant you are, the more you need a doctor or somebody else looking after you. I think out here in the boonies we don’t get the best doctors either. It is always good to research your own condition, unless you are a gullible fool, then you might be best not trying to.

  180. Dave says:

It is statements like that which scare me about the medical profession!

Really? How many years of medical education do you have? If you have none, why do you think you know as much as those who spent many years in the field?

Folks who couldn’t keep up in my degree field, were encouraged to try entering medicine.

In what field are you? Whatever that is, your field of study is irrelevant in this case. Let’s assume you are a physicist (not that I consider it tougher than medical training). No matter how many years of study you have in that field, or how seemingly tough you think the field might be, as long as you were never trained in the medical profession, you’ll still be as knowledgeable as an average joe, as far as the profession is concerned. Comparing your Google search results with years of rigorous medical training is laughable at best.

I don’t know which country you are referring to, where their doctors depend on 30 year knowledgebase to manage their patients; the average doctor in this country is mandated to keep up to date with medical advancements.

And, please stop talking about diagnosing medical conditions. Even a broken watch is correct twice a day. If indeed you’d like to become a good diagnostician, why not get the requisite training? I.e. go to medical school, and become a doctor? You can’t even compete with a car mechanic with much fewer years of training in diagnosing car troubles, you think you know more than doctors in diagnosing human ailments? C’mon!

An experienced doctor can have a 5 minute conversation with a sick patient and correctly make a diagnosis. You’ll still be poring over those Google search results, and getting confused by the differentials. Whatever imperfections you think the medical profession has, it is silly of you to think you know more than doctors do. You simply don’t.

  181. Dave says:

    @Sharkly

…The government limits that because much larger doses of potassium can drop your blood pressure. Go figure….

That’s not the reason, actually. See why studying those “minutiae” can sometimes be helpful? Too much potassium could cause cardiac arrest, not merely drop your blood pressure. Potassium is only useful in lowering blood pressure if your body has an excess of sodium, and your kidneys are good. And how do you know either of those without your doctor?

High body sodium soaks up water and retains it in the body. Blood pressure is dependent on your blood volume (part of which is water), heart rate, and the tension in your arteries. If any of those is high, and the others are normal, your blood pressure is likely to be high. So, if you reduce salt intake, your blood volume will likely be lower, making it possible to lower your blood pressure. But an increased heart rate or high tension in arteries can cancel out the effects of a smaller blood volume. That is why worry can cause a high blood pressure, because it can increase tension in your arteries, and raise your heart rate too, because of a hormone that worry releases into the blood stream.

Potassium helps to replace sodium in the body, so that the volume of water your body retains is lower. That is why water pills are sometimes given to lower blood pressure also.

But (another minutiae), high blood pressure may be entirely due to a tension in an artery that carries blood to the kidneys (called renal artery stenosis). In such a case, no matter how much potassium you take, it won’t work. As a matter of fact, potassium could be very harmful in that case.

And, if you already have enough potassium in your body, taking more in the hope of lowering a high blood pressure could be a death wish. Again, your good, ol’ doctor is in the best position to tell you that. Yeah, I know, you think he can’t compete with Dr. Google, but you’re wrong again.

Please, let us stop playing doctor. It is never a good idea. Do research about your condition, but ask lots of questions from your doctor, and follow your doctor’s instructions.
If your doctor does not talk to you, find one that does.

  182. Sharkly says:

    Dave,
We obviously have different perspectives. I read recently that the average doctor stops listening to his patient after 11 seconds. It seems about right. He probably comes to his diagnosis in about 30 seconds. If I have untold hours to do research about my particular ails, and have constant access to myself to gauge my condition symptoms and responses, I have more information at my disposal than the doctor. His knowledge is limited to what he can carry between his ears. In fact I think quite soon they will convert to computer diagnostics for most care. I believe the tests show the computers already outperform the doctors for % of correct and incorrect diagnosis. Medical errors are in fact a prominent cause of death statistically, and they are quite likely to be under reported. However what cannot even begin to be calculated is what opportunity is lost by not even considering treatments that are outside of the “approved” standard of care. Would I attempt my own surgery? No. Would I refuse surgery for an accident? No. Would I pop a patented drug down my gullet years on end without question? Hell no. I’d do my research. I value doctors, and their role in civilization. But the way the industry is so tightly controlled and regulated, keeps a lot of good treatments off the table, usually over a lack of funded research. I recommended a lot of supplements above for various conditions. Care to shit on any of that with your Med school training which I assume you have? Was Linus Pauling with his two independent Nobel prizes, batshit crazy for going against his entire industry? Many highly educated members of the medical industry are famously contrarian. Have you read the research comparing EDTA Chelation’s superior outcomes compared to CABG? How could traumatic CABG still be anybody’s first choice compared to cheaper non-invasive chelation? $$$$ The medical industry is sick.
My retired dad went to the doctor complaining of suddenly being always tired, He was told; “he was just getting old”. Two weeks later he had a massive heart attack from which he never regained consciousness. Having done nothing for my dad’s heart prior, they managed to run up a $250,000.00 bill between when he fell into a coma and when he died. I could tell horror stories about what was done. It became just a game for money that they played with my departed father. And in the end they quite literally bled him to death physically. Not just financially. We (taxpayers, insurance premium payers) paid too much for that monkey business. My late mother would have been better off calling a tow truck, than calling the ambulance, in hindsight. The auto mechanic might not have known what to do, but the bill would have been lower, and the care would have surely been more dignified. And don’t even get me started on statins. Who the hell still believes cholesterol causes heart disease?(probably many doctors) It is only oxidized cholesterol that is a problem. 2 decades from now the care might reflect what we’ve known for quite a while already. And before you even throw around the efficacy studies for statins look at the reviews on that bought and paid for crap. a large part of the problem is that today much of the “research” is tainted. And it is tainted far worse than the competitor-trolls sometimes taint the Amazon reviews. Report a side effect, and you get kicked out of the study. What kind of self serving crap is that? Unfortunately half the reason why it is hard to cure things is because dead wrong research gets bought and paid for and published and adopted, and then it gets used for decades to refute potential cures, while expensive archaic medicine stays firmly entrenched. I gave you the cure for brown recluse bites. The cure! The Fucking CURE! and guess what? Not a hospital in the world has that as their standard of care for that. They’ll give you Benadryl, antibiotics, pain medication, anything but something to stop the enzymatic attack on the tissue. Does anybody care that a chemistry professor told his students this over a decade ago, and that one of them related it on the internet. and I discovered it half a day after my young son got bit by his elbow. And I used it, and his arm went from having a painful massive red swollen area with a large puss pocket to being better in less than half an hour. Children with bites near their little joints can lose limbs to the hospitals’ standards of care. Thank god my wife let me do the research (we were on better terms then) preventing a wasted hospital trip and a potentially horrible outcome. I’ll give you that one free Dave, DMSO + Vinegar or vitamin C = cure for brown recluse venom. Why do I have a cure for that and your hospital has none? If, I can’t know 1/10th of what a doctor knows? Or maybe he just knows ten steps to make a buck off of a brown recluse bite, and I only now know the cure and a handful of less effective treatments that are all inexpensive. Why can I give above 6 different healthy “proven” non-invasive ways to clean your arteries and all your hospital recommends is stent, balloon, bypass or joint and brain degrading statins? Why doesn’t your hospital offer TB-500 for patients recovering from surgery when it can speed up healing 3-5 times faster than normal? Have you treated anybody with Epitalon? The Russians have great data on it, and it has made me feel and function a hell of a lot younger. Do you use DMSO for closed head trauma? Why not? Too effective? Does your hospital reverse BPH without any negative effects? Why not? I gave you a clue how above. Don’t start with how efficient and effective the regulation of the medical profession is today. Plenty of doctors are seeking ways to help patients outside the system. My mom was and my sister is a nurse, and in her recurrent training, she learns about all kinds of great treatments and cures that they are not allowed to tell their patients about. It is like an inside joke. “Here is what to take to prevent dementia, but don’t tell anybody”. Etc. Etc. Etc.

  183. Swanny River says:

    Dave,
What do you think about the Iodine and Selenium supplements as a prostate and thyroid problem preventer? My daily men’s vitamin says it has 100% of RDA of both.
I haven’t heard of that before. I was put on Levothyroxine in my early 50s.
What about Sharkly’s arterial plaque reducing tips? I didn’t know that was possible to do and that does seem like a fundamental thing for guys to do. I’ve heard exercise and eat right my whole life, but never, “reduce your plaque.”
I haven’t looked up what DMSO is, but how does that compare with suma, or, riza triptin for headache relief(prescribed to me from a headache specialist)?
This is America, there is room for Dave and Sharkly. Dave’s argument for Sharkly to just get an MD, seems similar to what I want tell Mormons who say they are Christians. If they are Christians, then why not drop Mormonism and join me, no difference, right, that’s what they just tried telling me.

  184. Swanny River says:

    Sharkly,
Are those 5 tips for everyone, or just those at risk?
I’ve taken a lifestyle that relies on eating right, taking a multivitamin, sleep well, and being fit and leaving it at that. Fadting was a weekly discipline but was causing too many headaches and makes running and lifting almost impossible to do for me for a few days.

  185. Sharkly says:

    Swanny River,
Yes, anybody healthy & normal can try all of those 6 ways to clean out your arteries. I numbered them in the order I’d recommend them. Serrapeptase first and EDTA Chelation which didn’t get a number as my 6th choice. You have to monitor yourself closely if you are going to self medicate. As Dave mentioned if you take too much potassium you can kill yourself. Which is true with almost anything. So if you start noticing something unusual stop all supplementation until you’re back to normal, or you’ve got it figured out and back under control. With the arterial cleaning stop if you start bleeding easily or get headaches or anything like that. The serrapeptase is fast acting, it is an enzyme, and it eats non-living protein tissue. It also reduces inflammation. and is great for lower back injuries. It eats the fibrin or fibrinogen or whatever holds the plaques together, from the outside in, thereby causing the trapped cells to safely and slowly erode, without plaque coming loose. The Vitamin C and L-Lysine heal your arterial walls, the cholesterol and the plaque form up as a band-aid to patch the injured vessel so it is good to take those to heal the vessels regularly so that new plaque is less likely to be formed. It will eat the scar tissue out of your body also. So if you take too much too long, you may initially have old injuries start hurting again. because the stiffer weaker more brittle scar tissue is being slowly eaten away and your body is getting the chance to re-heal the injury more properly without scar tissue. But that is good. I believe nerves and blood vessels do not grow through scar tissue. IIRC On all of this stuff do your research for proper dosage and such. With supplementation I feel less is usually better than more. So start off with a low dose to see how you react before going to the recommended does if possible. Like with the chelation, the least recommended, stop if you start getting cramps or lightheaded. all those are signs something is too far off minerally as a result of the chelation. Oh, and not for nothing, but the L-arginine helps with vasodilation so it can lower your blood pressure and help give a harder erection. That effect starts about 45 minutes after you take it and lasts for a few hours.
I only fast from 1 to 3 times a year, and I’ve never gone longer than 3 days FWIW. Also there is nothing to be gained by weightlifting while fasting, you’ll tear the muscle down, when it has little nutrition to build it back up with, so you’ll just end up metabolizing even more muscle instead of fat.

  186. Sharkly says:

Oops! Above when I say “It will eat the scar tissue out of your body also”, I’m back to talking about Serrapeptase. Not the Vitamin C and Lysine from the Linus Pauling protocol. (some include proline also in the Pauling protocol)

  187. Swanny River says:

    Thanks Sharkly,
I’ll go look for those items. I’ll learn more and give some a try if it’s not too expensive.
#3: is that a combined solution? Because I’m already getting Vitamin C in my food and multivitamin.
My blood pressure is usually around 110-120 over 70. Did you start with higher blood pressure before you took those supplements and what is your blood pressure now?
I am sorry to everyone, this is the kind of thing that should be discussed privately and not here.
Sharkly, do you have your blog going yet?

  188. Swanny River says:

Nevermind, I thought your remarks in parentheses were referrnces, but I looked and say that there is something called the Pauling thetapy.
I’ve always been willing to try people’s alternative suggestions fpr various things, but so far haven’t npticed a difference. The ladt siggestion someone gave me was for magnesium. I bought some at the grocery store, no difference, then I told the DO and she said that I should biy the one they sell. Inner eye roll, but I bought and tried a couple bottles anyhow. No changes.
I am cirrently modifying my diet to include more foods that are called anti inflammatory, such as beets, and ginger( on my oats). That does make me feel a bit better and less heafache prone.
I am curious to see if tip #1 impacts my plantar fasciitis, which I’ve had for years.

I started with blood pressure that was right at the borderline for high blood pressure 140/90 and it had been trending upwards, and 100% of my family has it, and those departed all had it. I have been taking nothing for it in the last month, and I just checked it for you, my machine ran multiple cycles and averaged them giving me 125/77, which is pretty good considering I have taken nothing specifically for it in a long while, and have other reasons why it should be elevated right now.
I had plantar fasciitis for about 6 years that just finally mostly resolved about 6 months ago. Yes the Serrapeptase should help. Although I was also injecting TB-500, & GHK-Cu into my limited belly fat, and rubbing eucalyptus essential oil on my feet at night when it cleared up. And I had long since given up on the boot and the Strassburg Socks at night, as they kept me from sleeping well. YMMV
Also research the stuff I mentioned if you want to try it, for dosage info. with the Pauling therapy I was taking 3 grams of supplemental vitamin C a day, and some folks take double that. almost always the therapies recommend taking amounts that are impractical to get from todays food alone.
The vitamin K2 is supposed to decalcify(soften) your arteries, and organs, and get your body to put the calcium back into your bones. That may help lower blood pressure also.

All these women can be forgiven and go to heaven. That’s doesn’t mean they would make a good wife.

On nutrition – doctors don’t learn a lot about nutrition outside the obvious pathologies because it’s not that important and the nutrition data is the weakest and worst in all of health science. Here is what the doctors need to know about nutrition that has high level data: eat a calorie neutral balanced diet. That’s it. That’s all epidemiologists have reliably demonstrated. And don’t smoke or drink in excess.

Well, that would be a simply problem to solve. If benefits did not flow to those using Doctor’s notes and so forth, they wouldn’t really need to get them but then the benefits of money rolling into the Medical Industry would suffer too. Iodine is useful for thyroid gland, but it is already added to our water. I don’t see any reason for additional supplements. Unless specifically prescribed for you, you probably don’t need selenium supplement. Most people are not deficient in selenium. High fat diet is said to be a risk factor for prostate cancer, and carotene/selenium is said to be marginally helpful.

The rule of thumb on nutrition, in my opinion, is to eat balanced meals prepared from fresh farm produce regularly, preferably organic; to exercise regularly; to maintain an appropriate body weight; drink adequate amount of water; avoid too much sugar/salt/high cholesterol diet, and spend time with family and friends.
If diet is balanced and prepared fresh, there is almost no need for a supplement, unless a test shows a deficiency.
    My thoughts.

May I ask the general area where you live, that adds Iodine to their water? Iodine is not added to any municipal water here in the USA, per our National Institute of Health. While many areas do add the neurotoxic goitrogen fluoride to their water increasing people’s need for iodine, and their likelihood of thyroid dysfunction. I basically don’t believe you, I think you are misinformed, and now you are misinforming others, as the medical industry is so apt to do. Iodine deficiency is so dangerous to human health, that The US government requires any salt that is not fortified with supplemental iodine to require a warning label.
According to the World Health Organization. In 2007, the organization described iodine deficiency as “the world’s most prevalent, yet easily preventable, cause of brain damage.”
The US(Minimum)RDA for Iodine is set just high enough to prevent most goiter. Your thyroid gland on your neck needs Iodine, and when deficient, the gland will grow larger in an effort to still function without this nutrient necessary for every cell in your body. The Japanese eat a lot of seaweed and generally get about 25-100X the USRDA of Iodine, and they have lower cancer rates, even after being nuked twice. I also take about 50X the USRDA, and have had better health as a result. The USRDA is just enough so your neck won’t swell up and kill you. But you actually perform far better mentally if you have more. If you don’t get enough iodine, you may start believing it has been added to your water! Your body needs iodine all over, but, the thyroid grabs most of it for its vital function. So larger doses are necessary to see the benefits of Iodine elsewhere in the body, like reducing estrogen related cancers. (Ovarian, Uterine, Breast, Endometrial, Prostate, & Etc.) Japanese men are 3X less likely to get Prostate cancer than US men.
Low iodine levels in the body cause the body to produce more estrogen, which in turn increases the risk for reproductive cancers like breast cancer. What`s more, low iodine levels also increase estrogen sensitivity in the breasts, making them more prone to breast cancer.
Seriously, put some Betadine Iodine on your nipples before bed, if you want help to lose the manboobs, You can get it at Walmart, if you have one near you, Ray. Tom Lemke says:
Which makes me ask: is there Biblical precedent for the idea that a woman has trouble distinguishing the man in her life from God?

Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

I assume that is the scripture you were hinting at. Note: The “Lord” with the capital letter “L” is a reference to κύριος or kyrios or kurios. It is a Greek word which is usually translated as “lord” or “master”. Kyrios appears about 740 times in the New Testament, usually referring to Jesus.
That is based upon my Strong’s concordance, and Wikipedia. I have an uncle who is a professor of biblical languages, but it’s all Greek to me.
Interestingly it seems to say that the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ is the head and savior of the church.

@Boxer, Maybe you can help me, but I was once told that Mormon doctrine held, that Mormon husbands held sway over the eternal destinies of their wives, is that true?

Anyhow, that doctrine may have been partly derived from the above passage. Apparently, in regard to subjection, she is supposed to make little distinction, if any, between Jesus in heaven, and her husband, His designated agent and ambassador here on the earth.

There wouldn’t be near as much contention in most any Christian marriage if women were taught that truth in church and Christian society. But our hirelings know better than God. /s

Tom Lemke says: … but I do still have to wonder out loud why otherwise wise and devout pastors can miss this glaring inconsistency. [women are not held to standards like men] Don’t pastors go to years of school to learn how… So why won’t they? Is the brain damage from the Blue Pill responsible for cognitive dissonance that extensive?

Tom, they don’t FEAR GOD enough to preach God’s whole word, and certainly not enough to live it out themselves. The Wolf, they fear, is at the door of their high pasture sheepfolds, and these hireling “shepherds”, each one has scattered hightailing their own direction, but mostly they’re making for the broad road back down to Sin town, and the sheep are following, but some of us aren’t able to keep up, as they run us into every sort of worldly evil, that past generations would not have permitted in the church. Sexual sins should not even be heard of among Christians!

    Ephesians 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

Tom, the pastors you speak of are cowardly losers, false teachers, on the road to hell. They’ve cast God’s word aside, to run into the embrace of the world and into enmity with God. Even now I am reminded of my own coarse jesting, even here, and ask others to forgive me my faults, as we are to forgive each others, having been redeemed at so great a cost, from so much unrighteousness. Fear God and flee from all evil!

One of the links in here had a pointer to another very interesting story about a transgender woman, who afterwards decided she wanted to “detransation” back into womanhood.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/video/index/562988/detransitioned-film/

It is actually quite good. Interesting thing is, her biggest complaint and the biggest complaint of her antagonists, is that with telling her story she is giving “fundamentalist Christians” evidence that transgender therapy should not always be advised, because there might be a bigger mental health issue lurking beneath (in her case: at least trauma due to sexual abuse).

  211. Paul says:

The article about the tattoo/debt-free virgins is raising a lot of allergic reactions.
Most appalling are the reactions that being a virgin is hardly relevant at all to Christian women.
And again, it’s Sheila Wray Gregoire spouting her nonsense.

Based on Phil 3 she claims : “And, in fact, ultimately virginity means nothing. It’s just a pile of horse manure.”

Compare that with the following letter sent to Christians (!) after the first council of the Church (Acts 15):
“The apostles and elders, your brothers, to the Gentile believers in Antioch, Syria and Cilicia: […] It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things.”

At Sheila’s blog most are in agreement with her. Most of her commenters are women.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time Sheila has written about this topic:
    https://tolovehonorandvacuum.com/2018/03/shame-over-losing-virginity/
    https://tolovehonorandvacuum.com/2018/05/stop-using-virgin/

In it she argues the Church should not teach about virginity to youngsters too much because : “by teaching that we should wait we heap shame onto losing your virginity far more than we do other sins.”

    and
“I’m not sure that saying “God wants you to be a virgin until you’re married” always gives the right message.”

She further argues that we should not equate purity with virginity, because “what He wants even more than that is people coming to Him with a pure and eager heart for a real relationship with Him. He looks to the heart (purity) not to outward appearances (the hymen). And you can have purity when you come back to God.”

She somehow attributes a purity of heart as something people are able to do on their own before coming to God, and uses that to downplay the value of virginity. I find this a very dangerous teaching. People do not have pure hearts, they are sinners, and after repentance, God is able to make them pure again (“wash your sins away”). She also fails to see that even though God will forgive many sins after repentance, the consequences of sin are often still existent. (If you lost your virginity, you might conceive an out-of-wedlock child a.k.a. a bastard).

[As an aside, talking about “bastards”/illegitimate children triggers a lot of emotional responses in people, probably due to the fact it stresses the boundaries of marriage]

Interestingly enough, the first article actually mentions: “one of the themes that kept popping up in my surveys was women saying how much shame they felt for having sex before they were married”

Hence losing virginity before marriage actually CAUSED shame in these women. That should tell you something, doesn’t it?

In all these articles she fails to mention anything about sexual immorality at all, as well as talking about the “one-flesh” relationship the bible mentions:

1 Cor 6: ” Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.” […] Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.”

Flee, flee! Apparently Paul didn’t mind to teach the church to guard their virginity.

I posted some Bible verses that put her wickedness to shame on her Blog, but I’m pretty sure they will never appear. Don’t assume most are in agreement, but know, that extremely little disagreement ever gets past the censor. Feminism is 10X more popular than Cristian patriarchy within the church, and Sheila is far more well known than Dalrock. And Sheila posts claptrap that should appeal to 100 million women and manginas. And yet Dalrock always has far more comments on his posts. That should show you how badly Sheila has been censoring her comments section. She has driven off all but a few friends who pat her on the back for her sinful rebellion against God. Oh, and thanks again Dalrock, for your excellent work, consider this a well deserved pat on the back, for serving God.

There are, no doubt, millions, maybe billions, of women (and men, too) who rebel against God. Sheila claims to have 30,000 subscribers to her email list. Relatively, that may be “a few”, but it’s far more than most pastors would ever hope to influence.

    Whoa Jason!

I royally liked your summary of Hallmark Movies, lol. Made me smile. You are so right about the ‘formula’ they use. So predictable they are!

I must admit, I am quite partial to a certain type of Hallmark movie – not the one where a single mother is trying to get some upstanding no-baggage young man to rescue her from her past ‘mistakes’ but the ones where two people who are correctly matched in terms of morality meet and start a new life together. That appeals to me and that is my wish for everyone 🙂
I know it’s all mindless entertainment, but, but, but, I am a woman, and I like mindless entertainment from time to time 🙂 I can’t be logical and rational ALL the time – gives me a headache 🙂
    Lol.

Romanticisms aside, speaking of alpha widows, anyone know of an alpha widow where the alpha in question is… a…Catholic priest?
We Catholics really do have it all, lol.

I just watched ‘The Thorn Birds’, a film I had heard about but never watched in full before.

Whoa. What a hopeless situation. I do feel for all the characters in this movie. I think they really tried to resist temptation but in the end it was just too much, and I genuinely think they were set up to fail from the start…for example, it was not a normal situation that Meggy Cleary was essentially raised by Father Ralph. Definitely not normal that it was the priest and not her own mother who had to explain to her that having tummy pains and bleeding once a month did not mean she had cancer…
I thought he genuinely saw her as ‘his child’ and even when she was a fully grown woman and was using all her sexual weaponry to seduce him (as a determined and sexually-aware teenage girl is quite capable of!), he always kept calling her ‘My Meggy’ which annoyed her. Poor man. He stood no chance against the force of a young girl’s love. It’s very powerful, and as we see, it can also be very destructive if not channelled to the right path. Interestingly, Meggy’s mother had had the exact same problem in her day…hereditary female one-itis?
In the end, even Meggy herself had the insight to conclude that she could have corrected the ills of her marriage had she genuinely loved her husband. But she knew (as she was forced to admit to her daughter) that she never loved him. She spent her whole life loving Father Ralph and was even prepared to lose her soul for this love*.

I ended up looking up the Wiki page of Rachel Ward who played the adult Meggy. By the way, does everyone (or almost everyone!) agree with me that Rachel Ward is a truly beautiful woman?
So pleased to see that she in fact married Bryan Brown (who played Luke O’Neill her on-screen husband). Given their disastrous marriage in the film, (to the extent that of the two O’Neill children, one wasn’t even his – spoiler alert!) how heartening to see that these two married in 1983 and have been happily married ever since (as far as I know), with three children – one of whom is an actress (strangely enough in the film their only daughter also became an actress).

    Dalrock – a heartfelt request please…
Now, I know the point of your blog is not to ‘big up’ good women, but to expose the bad ones. I get it.

But now and again, wouldn’t it be nice to show us a nice shining example of someone like Rachel Ward? For us ladies – married or single, that would warm the cockles of our hearts and would be a beacon of light in the darkness that is the modern SMP/MMP.

Pretty pretty please with sugar and spice on top?

*Another example where a woman is prepared to take her love of an alpha to the bitter ugly end and beyond i.e. post mortem, is to be found in the film ‘A summer story’.
When her alpha abandoned her (sadly even before he was to learn of her pregnancy), this woman, who ended up dying after the birth of her illegitimate baby, requested that she be buried on the hill at the entrance to her village so that even after her death, she would still be in the perfect watch-spot to see her alpha should he ever return.
    Whoa!
Gentlemen, if you are the recipient of such burning, mad love from a woman, God bless you, enjoy it. For it is beautiful. If you meet such a woman, do marry her – on the spot!
NEVER take on a woman who is pining for another man. Only misery ensues.
Luke O’Neill made this mistake and paid for it.

This is my public service announcement for the day. Thank you for listening.
    🙂

  218. OKRickety says:

Paul said: ‘Interestingly enough, the first article actually mentions: “one of the themes that kept popping up in my surveys was women saying how much shame they felt for having sex before they were married”’

It seems that feeling shame  is the second-most common “sin” of women (following inadequate self-esteem).

Perhaps it would help women if they understood the difference between shame  and guilt. In the article Guilt = Good, Shame = Bad, Robert Weiss writes about guilt and shame. He describes guilt as “I have done something that goes against my core values and beliefs, and I feel badly about that,” and shame as “I am inherently flawed and defective and therefore unworthy of love and belonging.“. Later in the article, he says:

“So when people behave in ways that go against their values, feel badly about it, and work to behave differently in the future, shame is not the motivation. Guilt is. So, once again, guilt is potentially a very useful and socially informed emotion, while shame is not.”

It seems to me that one reason that women feel shame about sex before marriage is that they do not consciously consider it sin. But subconsciously they know it is wrong, and they experience negative emotions. They cope with this by rationalizing that the negative emotions they experience must be due to some cause outside of their control. The most common explanation for Christian women is to claim that the Church has taught them that sex outside of marriage makes them worthless.

Regardless, it is worth noting that, when describing their own experience of sex outside of marriage, women almost never describe their behavior as sin and their emotion as guilt, but instead will talk about their failure and their emotion as shame.

  219. BillyS says:

It will always bring shame since it is wrong, but people will continue to fight against that until society’s view changes.

You can violate the proper order of things all you want, but it will never go well in the long run.

  220. Opus says:

    @ Jason

Thanks, and I rather suspected as much. Wardour Street is a little way off Leicester (pronounced Lester) Square: Wardour (pronounced Wardoor) Street which touches in the south London’s Soho (the red-light district or at least what passes for the same) stretches up to Oxford Street which is the main shopping road in London and is home to the (British) HQs of all the Hollywood movie studios. You’ll feel at home.

  221. Paul says:

@OKRickety: “It seems to me that one reason that women feel shame about sex before marriage is that they do not consciously consider it sin. But subconsciously they know it is wrong, and they experience negative emotions. They cope with this by rationalizing that the negative emotions they experience must be due to some cause outside of their control.”

That’s a very interesting thought. If you compare it with the rest of Sheila’s article it seems in line with it; she sees “shame” as a very negative thing (implicitly: for women) and (subconsciously?) blames the Church for it, because of its focus on the value of virginity.

It would explain why there is no mention at all in these articles of sin and one-flesh relationships. And maybe this even might explain why in many churches there is almost no focus at all on talking about sin, and all the more talk about feelings.

    Worth of a follow-up…

  222. Oscar says:

Clearly, the solution to ones feelings of shame over violating God’s standards is to exchange God’s standards for Standards that do not cause one shame.

Well… as long as the person being “shamed” is a woman. Or a homosexual. Or a transexual. Or some other sexual deviant. How long before that rule applies to pedophiles? Zoophiles? Necrophiles? Every perversion listed in Leviticus 18?

I pity all Father’s with teenage daughters. My friend tells me:

His eldest was nearly raped last week on a late train. It is not the first time such a terrible fate has befallen her. She may have been inebriated but that is no excuse. She reported the matter to the police but deciding not to press charges the evil male is now (courtesy of CCTV) on their radar. Earlier in the week she had been having rows with a female relative who was telling her that life was not a slut-walk and that she was not at all suitably attired in fact that she was dressed more like a prostitute. Could it be that the evil train rapist misread her innocent signals????

The younger daughter has likewise been having stand up arguments with her Mother about her dress. There being a never-ending heatwave in Britain (someone stole our rain and can we please have it back) she went to the beach and was dressed in such a manner that on her Father informing her that half her cleavage was falling out her reply was that it was meant to. Things were no better during the school term when the girls appear to have entered into a competition between themselves to reveal as much flesh as possible. I would have expected better from a Roman Catholic establishment. Naturally any boy responding to these blandishments is an evil harrasser or even rapist.

My apologies. You’re right; it’s fluoride, not iodine. I was actually thinking fluoride when writing about iodine. That was a mistake on my part.

The import of my argument however, is that artificial supplements are hardly ever needed, if balanced meals are regularly consumed, unless specific tests indicate a clear deficiency.
There is always that danger of taking too much supplements. In many cases, nature has made it such that the body only absorbs what it needs from the diet. If additional supplements are taken, they sure are likely to cause problems.

For instance, the body absorbs only about 10% of iron in the food that we consume, because that is all that we need on average. If a man takes additional iron tablets when they clearly don’t need it, they run the risk of developing a serious condition. Same is true of taking too much vitamin A (causes hypervitaminosis A), or vitamin D (causing hypervitaminosis D), etc.

It cannot be stressed often enough that balanced meals make supplement intake unnecessary. If specific deficiency exists, then such should be replaced, usually under the supervision of the doctor.

  226. Sharkly says:

    Bee, You are quite welcome.

As illustrated above, The medical establishment is in serious need of its own Red Pill awakening to realize that many of its practices and prescriptions are simply wrong. The field also needs to acknowledge that God has created us individually so unique and complex that far far more about our own biology is not understood, than what is understood. And as we learn more, we should further realize how very little we actually comprehend about God’s creation. Sometimes 8 years of wrote memorization of questionable information and questionable practices leads to awarding a person a few extra letters before or after their name, that can lead to almost industry wide hubris. But I’m here to tell you, that I and others have looked into it, and discovered their emperor has no clothes!
The vast majority of medical study reports are as skewed as possible within the bounds allowed for data manipulation, and misrepresentation. Somebody pays for every single study, and they do it because they are trying to “prove” something. It is often far more enlightening to read the criticism of the original published report, as peer review points out how the data was manipulated and misconstrued to come to unsupported conclusions. So basically the conclusions should not be taken at face value, and even the data should be looked at with a skeptical eye, however little nuggets of truth are often found in the reports, and I happen to be blessed to be able to recognize many of the nuggets, and sometimes even put various pieces together, but mostly I’ve come to have a medically Red Pilled bullshit detector, and that is critical to being able to sort through the mountains of medical BS on the internet, to do your own medical research analysis.
If the NIH, AMA, FDA, CDC, And all of our medical establishment are on one side, and 90% of 500 Amazon customers are on the other side, you had better go with the Amazon customers data, because they don’t all have a dog in the fight. and the 10% of bad reviews probably contained doctors and nurses who thought they were doing their job by regurgitating their training for everyone. Dave asked above about my medical training. I have never even been to the campus of a medical school in my life, with the exception of visiting Stanford University Medical Center. But, I’d like to think this gives me a certain fresh unbiased objectivity in contrast to the clouded minds of so many who spent 8 years “Beer Bonging the cool-aid” of the entrenched medical cabal. I have however on average spent about a productive and devoted hour a day for the last 6 years researching online information about health and wellness, focusing on information relevant to issues that might affect me or some member of my family, or per coworker request. So I’m getting close to a year of solid in depth study on primarily; supplements, ageing related degenerative conditions, and exercise. I doubt many doctors have near the equivalent of a year of training in the latest supplements.
Case in point, while I agree with Dave’s recommendation of a varied diet of less processed food, his recommendations are still full of the usual errors of medical groupthink from decades past, such as:
    1. Eating a lot of cholesterol is bad for you. Eating a typical high cholesterol diet might have some negative associations, but it is proven, that the cholesterol itself is not the issue. Usually folks like Eskimos who eat high cholesterol diets, lack variety and are short on other dietary necessities. For the typical person, 2/3rds of their cholesterol has to be made by their body due to insufficient dietary supply.
    2. Supplementation is rarely needed, unless a MD says so.(pure ignorant hubris)
    3. supplements are “unnatural” and should be avoided. a lack of Patented drugs that do not exist in nature is what your body is really suffering from. /s We’ll prescribe a patented drug for you instead of figuring out what natural component is really deficient. /s Never realizing that the patented drug was usually just an alteration of the natural substance that works, and then research was bought to both prove the altered substance still works, and often to discredit the cheaper natural alternative. And the full side effect profile of the altered substance will not be fully known for many decades.

Ultimately you should investigate the information yourself. Usually there are smart doctors and scientists, who know better, who publish information contrary to the groupthink, but it takes many decades for the truth to win out. So in the mean time try out the statistically effective alternatives for yourself, and do what works for your body.
Ecclesiastes 7:17 Be not overly wicked, neither be a fool. Why should you die before your time?
Don’t be a fool and die before your time. Check out the alternative to Blue Pill medical practice.
Don’t take my word for it, or the doctors word, check it out, and then try it if you want to. But I gave out a few things to investigate, if you want to be proactive.

  227. Paul says:

    @Sharkly

The Medical profession has a large history behind it, that it is dragging along. Doctors are very good at the macro-level, but on cell biology and biochemistry the profession lags behind, because typically it is not a “disease”, but is in the area of healthy living and disease *prevention*. Luckily a lot of progress is being made, it is amazing how rapidly the field is moving, although the economic model is still such that artificial compounds that are labeled “medicine” are core business.

One of the first things that triggered my thinking in this area was the movie “Lorenzo’s oil”, based on a true story of desperate parents with a son that had an incurable and serious condition. No doctor knew a cure, or worse, suggested “treatments” that led to further detoriation.

The turning point was that the father started to study many articles (pre-internet days!) trying to find clues. In a moment of genius he made the hypothesis that the condition of his son was caused by the biochemical inability to break down certain fatty acids. They found someone willing to synthesize an oil with a special combination of fatty acids (which is basically just “food”). The condition of the son improved significantly (but the oil could not repair the negative side effects).

Another revelatory point was an interview with a doctor who also promoted the use of supplements to combat aging. When you think of it is only logical that as your body is aging, it will function less in synthesizing the right components, hence you can help it by supplying these. The doctor gave low dose testosterone injections to many of his clients. There was a lot of heated debate, until they asked the age of this doctor. Everybody assumed he was in his late forties, judging by his looks. When he revealed he was far over sixty, the atmosphere completely changed; everybody wanted to know what exactly he was using for supplements and hinted at making an appointment with him.

  228. Sharkly says:

    Paul, I totally agree.
Six years ago, when I finally got serious about my health after a couple decades of neglect, and started doing in depth research, I was a mess, and really feeling old. Because of injury to both knees, I could hardly walk. I was limping everywhere and really using my arms to get up out of chairs, and to go up stairs. I had aches and pains in almost all my joints. lots of other things were sub par also.
But today I feel quite healthy and look, act, and feel younger. Instead of feeling six years older, I probably feel about six years younger than then. for a felt decrease of 12 years. My knees are much better, even though they are still not as good as new. I’m sure they “needed surgery”, but at the time I never had them looked at, but the one had definitely made a nasty noise when it had dislocated, and the other got damaged as I was twisting and hopping about on one leg after injuring the other. Today I can run sprints, jump and such, I’m just a bit cautious when I cut or juke while I’m running. I also squat fairly heavy, but I don’t know if I’ll ever be squatting 3X my bodyweight like I was in High School. My skin has less wrinkles and is a bit tighter. Basically I’ve cured everything physically wrong with myself except for 3 things. Male Pattern Baldness, Presbyopia, and some missing teeth, that people can’t see. And I’m still looking for solutions to the first two problems, although I’m kind of at a standstill on the first one at the moment, but I’m trying some things for the presbyopia as time allows. I have made a tiny bit of progress with my hair and my reading without glasses, but not like what I’d like. But hey, I’m trying stuff as I hear new theories, and possible solutions. Also my teeth and gums are doing much better since I started the iodine, and quit all fluoride products. At one point I had lost 3 teeth in about a decade. and every visit to the dentist showed further receded gums. Must be my British side of the family showing. My gums no longer bleed, and my teeth are no longer sensitive like they were when I was using fluoride toothpaste. Anyhow, I’m thankful to God, that he is restoring my youth. I again have the body of a Greek god. And my mind is clearer again, largely due to trying hundreds of supplements in my quest to find the ones that are most helpful and cost effective for me. I thank God the medical cabal has not yet been able to get their ignorant mits on supplements and regulate them out of existence.

Complementary medicine did no apparent harm if people used it alongside conventional surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, the researchers found. But when people opted out of proven treatments to choose herbs, homeopathy or other alternative treatments, they were twice as likely to die of their cancer.

Those who chose alternatives tended to be younger women with more education and more money, they researchers found.

I’ll just throw out one more thing to try. You guys might like this one.
Are your wife’s boobs getting deflated and saggy?
After having two children my wife’s boobs were getting pendulous. Now, I didn’t mind, but it seemed that she didn’t feel as sexy, and she claimed that made her less likely to want to be sexual.(a lame excuse, I know) So the problem needed to be fixed ASAP! I did my research, and found that Fenugreek, which is available at Walmart for $5.94, could help. I had her take about two pills a day. And before the first bottle was done, her boobs were full again. YMMV
But, I didn’t stop there, I kept giving her them, and got some Pueraria Mirifica for her off of Amazon also. Iodine is also good for relieving fibrocystic breast disease, and breast pain,(if ya mash ’em) and prevention of breast cancer. Anyhow her boobs began to grow still larger. You’d think that she might thank me for fixing her issue, and the non invasive breast enlargement, but, No! She blamed me for making it so that all her bras and dresses didn’t fit her chest anymore. LOL some women are like that. Also regularly massaging and sucking on the breasts also can stimulate growth. Sharkly’s research attests to that.
Proverbs 5:19 Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.
    That’s the Bible, Baby!

Ask your cuck pastor to preach on that verse and 1 Corinthians 7:2-5, next time he tries mentioning his “servant leader” heresy.
The verses those idiots use to recommend “servant leadership” apply to leadership in the church.
Mark 10:42 But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them.
43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:
44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.
45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

That above is only talking about church leadership. If your pastor wants to be “chiefest” of the church, he should be serving your needs.(By preaching against family destroying Feminism, if you ask him) The Bible specifically says that headship in the family is like verse 42, The husband is the “Lord” and the wife is to be in subjection in everything. It is a one way chain of command.
    God the Father ~Jesus ~Husband ~Wife ~children (~pets).

I’ve had more than one woman tell me that she had tried everything and she could not lose weight. I usually tell them to weigh themselves, then to fast and pray about it for three days and ask God to show them a way to lose weight, and then to weigh themselves again, and let to me know if God showed them a way of escape from the bondage of obesity.
They usually get huffy and claim they don’t do fasting.(Won’t put the spoon down)
They didn’t really want the solution, they just wanted some (patronizing) sympathy, with no expectation of accountability.

“Find your passion” is a mantra dictated to everyone from college students to retirees to pretty much anyone seeking happiness.

But according to a forthcoming study from Stanford and Yale-NUS College in Singapore, it’s actually bad advice – and may actually make it harder for people to figure out what they love to do.

Why? The idea of “finding” one’s passion implies that people have built-in interests just waiting to be discovered, and if you can simply figure out what they are you will magically be able to embrace them, says the study, which will be published in the journal Psychological Science.

But people with that mind-set are more likely to give up on their newfound interest when they hit the inevitable roadblock, the study found. Instead, researchers say true passion develops – through being open-minded about delving into a new topic, and being willing to put some work into it.

So, if a woman discovers her marriage takes the slightest bit of effort, she rationalizes that she must not be with her soulmate, and she starts looking for another man, when she should actually invest some effort into being a good helpmate.
Who Knew? Thank God for the brilliant scientists at Stanford and Yale. /s

It takes effort. I’m no adonis….but for me to actually get firmed up…..my frame is not a “muscle guy” but I wanted what was there solid, and maybe some definition.

    Work.

After three years of situps every night. Pushups. Watching what I eat…..yeah, sometimes I eat a whole pizza still……three years of a 30 minutes routine almost every night. I got a solid frame. Light muscles. But they are tight and taunt.

    It took work.

Everyone thinks whatever they want will just happen. PUA’s live that world by telling us looks don’t matter. Nothing matters…only what’s between her legs does….and you don’t have to do a thing. Just be funny.

I will say my personal pride took a boost last summer at the water park…..went with the youth / teenagers from our Corps as a chaperone……I got a few double takes from various women in the area…..not for the facgt I was “so hot”

    Far from

I got looks for the fact for my age, I was taunt, flat and just looked healthly.

It takes work….and lord…….work tyo KEEP it that way

I had to remind a woman who told me it’s easier for guys to lose weight*….in order for me to keep muscles and maintain a healthy body weight I have to work out and lift 4-5 times a week often an hour or two and not eat everything I so desire. If it was easy I’d never do any of that.

*Yeah I get women don’t have as much muscle as guys and more body fat…point being if a guy doesn’t work out he’ll get fat just as easily too.

If you really want to get your name etched onto a woman’s “shit list” in indelible ink, solve her problem for her – whatever it happens to be. Depriving her of the drama and reasons to bitch and complain is an unforgiveable sin of the lowest kind.

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of everlasting youth – so American! This is inevitable in a country where it is seen as effeminate to kick a ball.
