Soy is an estrogen mimic, like bisphenols and other compounds. Men should avoid it for health reasons. It is difficult to do so, as soy products are cheap fillers in processed foods. The term “soyboy” is overused, but it has some truth.
Note that in East Asia soybeans are not directly cooked and eaten, but rather they are processed into something else such as miso or sauce or tofu. Fermentation changes things.

I’ve been holding back quite a bit on my handshakes with both men and women since about Jr. High School. As a kid I got one of those hand grippers and became quite strong with it. We had a wellness fair at work and I narrowly came in second on a hand grip tester out of thousands of other men. I currently own a 250 pound hand gripper that I am using. Lord willing, I will not be beaten at the next wellness fair! I also like to crack walnuts for my sons by squeezing a couple together in one hand. Sometimes I have met men who seem to try to really give a tight handshake, and I always wonder why they feel like they need to do that. Nobody has ever complained or made fun of my gentle handshake. My hands are extra large or XXL, so most people really can’t give me a proper handshake anyway. It only ever feels right if the dude has huge hands. I wouldn’t squeeze a nurses hand my hardest if she asked me. I have declined before and just told them I literally crack walnuts with my hands.

I don’t want to turn this blog political but it might surprise you to learn that in the lead up to the election of your 45th President I heard from a number of acquaintances on this side of the pond how terrible was Mr Trump, in fact I have never heard anyone say a good word about him. The least awful thing I heard was when I informed my sister in passing that I was at the very least sceptical as to man-made global warming her response being ‘who, you and Donald Trump?’ but I don’t suppose she accepted that we are not as I informed her by any means the only two (indeed I was not aware that global warming was something on which The Donald had already expressed a view). On enquiry of my acquaintances as to why DJT was ‘literally Hitler’ and what reason there was to think that he would send everybody on a one way trip to Auschwitz and thus deserved to be assassinated, consistently no reply came. This I thought very strange.

The word Fascist comes from the Roman, Fasces, who were people entrusted – so far as I can understand – with keeping the peace and for that purpose had bundles of sticks – the fasces. Fascist is thus just a Marxist insult.
You fail to mention the ‘Fascist’ General Franco, who brought his country back to sanity and produced the nicest collection of well-behaved young females one could wish for. Sadly even Franco could not live for ever and Spain is reverting to a Marxist Hell-hole with some very unpleasant females.

I too visited Spain in 1974. It was very nice. We’d just come from visiting relatives behind the Iron Curtain, and Spain felt far freer than did Communist Europe.

Few Christians are aware that the male and female were created by different methods, with differing spiritual foundations and imperatives. Despite the Bible being utterly clear on it. I personally think Paleo is an unbalanced fad diet. It is good for losing weight, and staying lean, but who knows how well it will work for long term health, plus it is expensive. I favor a more balanced diet, and one where you can eat whatever is being served, if need be. I eat less than I’d like to, to stay trim, but I have about 2 or 3 cheat days a week, where I eat exactly like I want to. Mainly I try to stay away from junk, and not to drink too many calorie filled liquids.
I try to stay a great specimen, I’d like to think I’m taking good care of my temple, for God, myself, my wife, my kids, and others, and not just vainly trying to hang onto my youth. I’m 210 pounds with visible abdominal muscles, and I think that is rare considering my age, and that I don’t live in Hollywood. And I’ve always been stronger than I look, compared to other guys. I sometimes meet guys with bigger muscles that are not as strong as I am. They used to say I was just “cockstrong” because I didn’t have really bulgy muscles, but was squatting 3X my bodyweight. People would assume I didn’t do a lot of lifting, initially, because I was lean and had a difficult time putting on mass when I was younger. Part of that may have been because I was trying to gain weight by eating lots of meat, and not those “empty carbs”, later on I found out that the way my coaches had told me to gain weight, became popularly known as the Adkins weight loss diet. LOL Live and learn. Freaking experts! I shouldn’t have listened to somebody with a degree in P.E.

But they aren’t created equal in worth. Unless you mean, we’re all ‘equally worthless’ before God? That much is true.
Thus, from a faulty foundation (one based on human desires and theories, as influenced by satan), we see the growth of the inevitable demonic Empire of Equality that now rules America and much of the West.
As for ‘equal rights’, that also isn’t true. God invests us with no ‘rights’. Ever. Those ‘rights’ come from satan’s world, and satan’s systems, and those rights can (and will) be rescinded from you any time it suits the interests of others. Certainly that’s been proven in the United Sisterhood over the past half-century?
The Founders were a VERY mixed lot, with very mixed intentions, but by the standards of humans, they did a pretty good job. Problem is, any time people replace the system provided by God, with systems provided by human beings, disaster results. Human beings are easily influenced/controlled by angelic forces, which thing few (including Christians) know or understand.
For example, every nation/territory on Earth is under the general control of an angelic overseer, or guide. To really understand the events of a nation, one must understand the intentions and nature of the local presiding spirit, along with that nation’s history etc. You are a fairly mature Christian man, especially by modern standards. Are you aware of the elemental characteristics and motivations of the spirit the rules over your nation? You are not. Neither were the Founders. I could go on here, but I hope the point is made.

Well then spell that out for us, and provide any support for it that you might, so that we can all be as informed as yourself.
I am aware that nations, generations, races, churches, and such often have some group dispensation from God, and have angelic beings assigned, but beyond that, unless something is specifically spelled out, There are a lot of “interpretations” and speculations, but, we have enough trouble sticking to what has been stated clearly, to get too wrapped up in what has not been clearly revealed. Please share if you’ve got some further understanding of what has been revealed that might help any of us. Hinting that you’ve got special knowledge, that you don’t share, how does that help?
