Fox News has a story on four men who were accused of rape but had the charges dropped after video evidence contradicted the accusation.
Prosecutors dropped the charges against Poria Edalat, 30, Saman Edalat, 39, Sina Edalat, 34, and Ali Badkoobehi, 30, after the defendants presented the video to the district attorney’s office, KVVU-TV reported.
What struck me about the story was how careful the falsely accused men were to pay homage to the very hysteria they were caught up in. Three of the men are brothers, and their statement included their pledge of loyalty to the real #MeToo movement:
At this sensitive moment in our history, we believe that women should be respected and heard and believed. But as this case shows, it is also important to keep a critical eye on those willing to use the (#MeToo) movement for their own selfish motives and remember that innocent until proven guilty is one of our country’s bedrock principles.

Let’s’ hear guesses as to the number of arrests by Federal authorities for “perjury, contempt, and intimidation” in 2014 from the 86 thousand Federal criminal cases and countless Federal civil and agency cases. Clue: perjury is the safest of crimes to commit.
Guessing, the safest crime for a woman to commit is a fake accusation of sexual assault (i.e., with the lowest odds of being convicted).
I suspect that the only video evidence which would exonerate the four of them is video evidence of her willing participation because you can’t prove a negative.
If that is true, then we would expect that these four men are “enjoying the decline”, and thus actually support the byzantine rules of our days because four reasonably handsome dentists with foreign names are likely to have several opportunities in a slut-riddled society. The mantra reduces women’s fears and inhibitions so of course they parrot them…and keep a smartphone handy.

Off-topic but I think it may be of interest: Last week I was at the gym and I observed a 40s woman wearing one of those new “exercise skirt” contraptions (does anyone know a better name for them?) with what appears to be “integrated panties”. The woman seemed to make a point of spreading her legs widely while sitting/working on various exercise equipment and exercise mats, and generally seemed to make a point of trying to make men look up her “skirt” at her “panties”. I noticed that some did. Now, I don’t think she was being honest about wanting men to approach, nor wanting to give men any sort of real sexual satisfaction. It smelled like a pure feminine power-play, probably mixed with a desire to garner attention and/or collect ammunition to complain that men were ogling her.

I have lived in 4 countries between opver 6 years period as a teenager (my Dad was officer at Consulate). I can say with 100% first-person knowledge that Brazil is infinitely more dangerous than the USA. It depends on your definition. And on that subject, I would take those rape statistics there from Sweden with a grain of salt. Sweden uses an extremely loose and expansive definition of “rape”. Oh I get that women falsely accuse men for revenge. Revenge is actually the #1 reason, money being a close 2nd.
I personally know of 2 confirmed instances when women made false criminal accusations during my 6-year legal career. They “confessed” while being secretly taped of falsely accusing our client (a man) of false rape. But in FL that is inadmissible (2-party consent State), but the goal was to create a record and try to appeal it later if we lost the case. Also to poison the judge against the false female accuser and let the Prosecutor know that it is false accusation and see if the prosecutor would be willing to dismiss the charge (and in that case, he did).
One issue is that the Prosecutor holds ALL the cards in the criminal game, I kid you not. 😮
What I do not understand is why women go tell the next guy in their life they were raped or whatnot. Must be for pure sympathy or to justify their insane behavior.
The other problem, as you pint out, Range, is that women do not get prosecuted for making false police reports nearly enough. They also almost never get sued in civil court for that either. The incentive to falsely accuse is all there, almost no risk.

I do not oppose women voting per se. I do oppose ANYONE voting that does not know even the basics of our legal, economic, and governing system to vote. Yes, that would eliminate about 80% of current registered voters, but people who are clueless to an extreme should not be voting.
I think the point everyone is missing here is that this “guilt by accusation” where women are always believed and men are always viewed as liars is extremely dangerous and will end in violence against women (which is wrong, I do not condone it, btw).
But if you think about it, it is inevitable. If a man knows with almost 100% certainty that he is going to do 50 years in prison on a false rape accusation on a zero evidence, “he said, she said” case, what is he gonna do before trial? Run away? Or kill the false female accuser and get his revenge anyway! Why not? He is going to prison to die there anyway, since he is guaranteed guilty verdict due to “women are always believed” and “men always lie”. Might as well take revenge on the lying woman up front.

(1) “Perjury” in the vernacular sense refers to three crimes under Federal law: lying under oath (traditional perjury), False Declarations before grand jury or court (18 U.S. Code § 1623), and False Statements to a Federal official (18 U.S. Code § 1001). When speaking to the public, Federal prosecutors often refer to all of these as perjury. For example, in 2005 they charged Lewis “Scooter” Libby with False Declarations, but called it perjury in their press releases.

I do not think women voting is a positive for our society, BUT I also understand the reality of the situation: short of a massive national crisis (i.e. foreign invasion), or a world war/major regional conflict that destroys most of our country, or a massive plague, it is virtually impossible to reverse the 19th Amendment, just as it is virtually impossible to repeal the 2nd or the 1st today. The country is too polarized and divided to get a 2/3 majority of anything, much less of the State Lagislatures and the Congress to agree on anything.
The early 20th Century progressives were evil manipulators. They KNEW once they got the 19th in and changed the Senate from representing the State Legislatures to “popular vote”, it would never change and would harm the country permanently.
Keep in mind women HAVE been voting since the 1770s… in Jersey “all adult inhabitants” of the State who owned a specified amount of property COULD VOTE, including women. Jersey laws enacted in 1790 and 1797 referred to voters as “he or she”, and women regularly voted. By the end of the 19th Century (post Civil war), Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming already passed laws allowing women to vote and Colorado passed a Statewide referendum allowing women to vote in 1893.
The issue to me at least is not so much women voting per se; the issue is HOW THEY VOTE.
When women voted in the 1920s and in the 1950s, did that make America a horrible place where men were systematically oppressed by the courts (especially family and criminal courts), hired less for jobs, or rejected for college applications because they were men? Were men falsely accused, by the tens of thousands, of false crimes and/or falsely of sexual harassment? Surely not.
This hell we have today began in the 1960s with the Feminist movements. The selfish and spoiled Boomers gave us this mess via Feminism, not necessarily by voting.
It was the Left’s systemic destruction of the family, the radicalization of women through “education”, and the left’s overwhelming control of media, entertainment, and education that created this mess.
Look, I enjoy the discussions of even absurd topics, like polygamy, but they are indeed purely theoretical discussions “for fun” as that will never happen, except if we have a national crisis as explained above where we have a brand new system of govt put in place or have a situation where Constitution could be re-written from scratch. Short of that. there is no political or social will today to make the changes necessary to restore America to a pre-19th amendment or even to fix the mess of the 17th Amendment (Senate elected by popular vote). We lack the leadership in Congress or in the States to do such a thing today.
Heck, we cannot even do something as basic as funding the much-needed Border Wall or enforce our own laws regarding Immigration, a much, much more serious threat than women voting. 😮 You legalize the current 22-30 million illegal immigrants in this country and Texas, Utah, and even Wyoming become “battleground States” almost instantaneously. Chuck Schummer and Nancy Pelosi will seem moderate compared to the type of Leftists that will be elected to rule this country forever.
I think the fix here is to change HOW women vote rather than try to repeal the 19th Amendment, which is clearly impossible to do. And getting rid of the 22+ million illegals, a 90%+ welfare-loving, guaranteed Democrat voting block is much more critical than trying to repeal the 19th.

Californians today are rabidly left, except for the rural parts of the State. Why, specifically, in the cities and coastal areas, are Californians so rabidly left? Leftist-run “public education” is probably 80% of the reason and living in an urban environment is another big part of it. Thomas Jefferson said correctly that “if we pile upon one another as they do in the cities of Europe, we shall become as corrupted as Europe”. Urbanized environment disconnects a human being from nature, from peace, and from God. It is easy to see someone living in a chaotic urban hell like LA or NYC to feel disconnected from God. It is a depressing environment, overcrowded, and lacking in silence and/or peace.
Maybe it is the masses of unmarried women that transformed CA into the raging shithole it is today. But more likely than not, it is the MASS IMMIGRATION that has completely changed the State that is at fault here. Did you know the population in CA is

I worked in a few other cases where men “demanded his humanity at gunpoint”, as you say, because they saw no way out of a corrupt legal system set to destroy these guys. I worked in several illegal alien cases where the man, when pushed by their abusive immigrant women to the limit (who became feminists living here) cannot take it anymore and get violent. One case I can think of right now is how the “victim” wife started hitting the Mexican dude on the head after he “arrived home late from work” and he could not take it anymore and locked woman in shoe-closet and barricaded the closet door and she was the victim.
The natural invisible hand of the free market will resolve this problem between men and women in time anyway, just as men are avoiding marriage 70% to 30% due to disincentives to marry (the 70% of bachelors number will grow exponentially in the future, I hope!). Same with dating, Millennial men have no reason to date or put any effort for women, due to distractions, hook-up culture, and the lack of quality women. The incentives are not there anymore.
If you look at the trends, women are being raised to be more violent and men are being medicated and/or trained to be more beta (by social engineering design, mainly done through social media and schools). But you can only hit a dog so many times and push it into a corner over and over again. Suddenly, it will bite you. This is the innate reality of male human nature. This will likely be the trend for men as this country continues to become more socially unstable and more violent.

In a FEW States, filing a false police report (i.e. false rape accusation, for instance) is a felony. Most States, it is a misdemeanor. And when WOMEN file the false criminal accusations, especially sexual in nature, even when discovered to be totally false, the woman is still referred to as “the victim”. Even when women get caught by cops making false police report, when arrested and charged by police, the Prosecutors almost never give the women any jail time for the crime. They offer a plea for 10 hours of community service and an innocuous “nolo contendere” (No Contest) plea for “disorderly conduct” type charge and off they go back to their lives, unmolested and unpunished.
In criminal law and our “justice system”, Prosecutors hold all the cards. I mean 99% of a criminal case is set, controlled, and run by the Prosecutors. If you are into the legal subject, I can recommend a book that explains this problem in “common terms” for non-legal field individuals.
“Mistrial: An Inside Look at How the Criminal Justice System Works…and Sometimes Doesn’t” by Mark Geragos (yep, that guy!!). My Mom is in medical field and she wanted to understand my work in legal field and read that book and said it was awesome.
Geragos explains in simple terms the entire issue with prosecutors and how they have almost absolute power in criminal cases. prosecutors can refuse to charge someone, dismiss all charges for any reason at any time, charge someone who they know are innocent, put charges into an Arraignment pleading or Information that defendant was never arrested for (in order to force them to take pleas for crimes they did not comit), and much more. I have seen it all and in my law school, this topic is covered fairly and openly, in explicit terms and details. Criminal Prosecutors have almost as much power as family court judges, and it is largely unchecked and almost unrestrained.

The problem is that women have carte blanche in America to commit crimes and not be prosecuted for such crimes. In the rare instances they are prosecuted, they get 1/3 of the time men do, and often they get to plea tio minor offenses and get probation. Do any of them get real prison time? No, they get send for mental evals or get slap on the wrist, if that.
Prosecutors are responsible for women not being sentenced or even prosecuted for major crimes. Prosecutors are lawyers and I would estimate safely that around 90% (if not more) of lawyers are Leftists.
That is why women make false police reports of rape almost on a daily basis. It is a national sport. They face zero consequences for their lies and crimes.

I will get my criminal law book for you from locker on Monday night and list the States.
Understand that a police report is often filed by a citizen “under oath”, because the cops often rely on that to arrest and/or file a “Charging Affidavit” (in Florida, for instance), which is the arresting report and the referral of a case to prosecutors for further prosecution or dismissal. The Charging Affidavit is filed “under oath” by Arresting Officer or Detective. A Search Warrant, however, is filed under penalty of Perjury because it is filed with the Court of jurisdiction. The Affiant (the cop/detective/prosecutor) requesting the Search Warrant makes a sworn statement to the court to obtain the search warrant. A lie on a Search Warrant is a felony (again, I am referencing FL here) because it is an application with the Court to violate the basic civil rights of a citizen by searching his residence, for instance. It is a lawful, Constitutional process, BUT if the Warrant was obtained by false means, it is a serious violation of a citizen’s civil right protections (and often opens law enforcement up for civil lawsuits; even in States with “Sovereign Immunity” laws – which is State and its agents are protected from civil lawsuits).
To put it in current events, when Rod Rosenstein and Comey’s cronies filed the fraudulent FISA warrant to spy on Trump campaign, they mislead the FISA court (which Constitutionally, should never exist), but they lied to the Court and obscured facts. Carter Page, the target of the said Warrant, had his civil rights violated and he is seeking civil action against the DOJ and other institutions for redress.
One way men can fight back against false criminal accusations is using the Civil Courts. Men who are falsely accused of a crime can sue the female accuser for a number of things, including slander, libel, defamation of character, the loss of his employment (if happened), the costs he incurred from criminal defense lawyers, time lost from work, and more. If the man is divorced and wife used criminal accusations (stemming from another woman, not wife) as an excuse to prevent him from seeing his kids, for intentional infliction of emotional distress of the man, including mental anguish of chiuldren, etc. It all has to be substantiated, so going to seek counseling (therapist, for instance, which will make a written record of it) can aid in such civil litigation.
I am speaking from memory here, but when we did Family Law II, the professor said in some States, men with the means to hire counsel (attorney) will use women who cause them emotional distress and mental anguish from divorce proceedings. In other States, the laws prevent such civil remedies, as the Family Law courts have god-like jurisdiction of all matters related to the couple and its children and assets.
One reason I am even going to law school at my old age (36) is because I want to run a “Weekend men’s right firm” on the side form my regular job and sue women who falsely accuse men of crimes and if possible, civil legation for suffering caused by divorce proceedings, withholding of children, etc. The reason most men do NOT sue in civil court is they lack the funds to pay a lawyer’s Retainer Fee and “replenish” the retainer when the funds are used up by lawyer for case costs and work performed.

What is the USA gonna do, if CA decides to defy all federal laws, including Supreme Court decisions?
The majority of people in CA WANT this nightmare. They want illegal aliens and crackheads financed by taxpayers. They want high taxes. They want global warming initiatives or $5 gasoline. The Bolsheviks ARE the majority and it is due to mass immigration, the single women voters are just the icing in the cake. And I do NOT agree at all that Leftism is a natural human tendency. Leftism is a totalitarian, repressive ideology. While I agree human beings are naturally born into sin and predisposed to evil, human beings are also creatures that love and seek freedom and individual identities as people. Leftism is imposed by FORCE, and that is why all Leftist countries rely on brute force to remain in power. Human nature seeks freedom by nature, but also seek to do evil to others as well. Paul calls it “the sinful nature”, the antithesis of The Spirit given to us by God.
I agree that Christianity seeks to modify human behavior and essentially is a counter-force to our sinful nature. Paul says in Romans 7:15-20: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.”
Our sinful nature is at constant war against The Spirit. Think of as two dogs facing each other, in a constant struggle for control. The black dog representing the sinful nature and a white dog representing The Spirit. Based on our decisions, we “feed and strengthen” one of the dogs over another, so the more of a certain path we follow, the stronger that “dog” becomes. In time, if you give in to the sinful nature that often, it becomes stronger and you become more and more inclined to do what is evil. Only through watchfulness, prayer, and clear self-assessments can a man stay in the path of God and strengthen his “white dog” so it is able to overpower the “black dog” more often. I use this allegory because it makes the struggle between the Spirit and sinful nature more visual. Regardless, I am sure you get my point. 😉
BUT!!! Christianity CANNOT be imposed by force, like Islam. Christianity requires an internal conversion of oneself, a DESIRE to change and do what is right and what is pleasing to God. It cannot be imposed or faked, for God knows a man’s intentions and thoughts. To become a Christian is to CHOOSE this new path, to resist our worst urges and seek the path of righteous and of God. It cannot be imposed.
As John Adams stated best “if men [humans] were angels, there would be no need for government… or laws”. But such government should be limited and its scope and power, so that human freedom can prosper. The 10th Amendment of the Constitution states that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
This means, that the Constitution should be construed to limit individual freedom as little as possible.
Finally, I want to say that because you do indeed have a “lifetime, front-row seat to the freak show” we call California, you have a much less positive view of life and humanity as a whole. Not that I am Mr. Sunshine when it comes to human nature; I have seen enough death, poverty, despair, and the worst stuff imaginable living outside America 6 long years (without once coming back during that whole time).
I really feel bad that pretty much everyone in CA missed out on so much of the good we have here in America. I doubt that most (if not everyone) in CA who grew up in my generation and was in high school in the mid-to-late 1990s and experienced what it was like to meet clean, sane, slender, feminine girls in school. What it was like to go on dates, to make love to a woman when you were both virgins, not to worry about being falsely accused of crimes, to have your GF make you a cookie bag and for you to take her out Friday night for movie. California is a deplorable place; my Mom lived in Bakersfield and Fresno almost 2 years while working for USDA and I am shocked she did not become depressed and suicidal being there. She would tell me almost every week show desperate she was to find a job outside CA but that was in 2010, the Obamination era of recession and financial pain. I was depressing helping her move there (we drove across country). CA is so messed up, I put it at the same level as Brazil when it comes to crap-status. It is hot, polluted (in San Joaquin valley, it felt like I was going to develop asthma just driving through it), people are angry, traffic is horrible, women are morbidly obese, people are covered in tattoos, there is graffiti and trash everywhere and bums everywhere. The smell was horrible. It was disgusting, not even in Rio or Sao Paulo did I see so many bums on street smoking crack or women so disgustingly fat and nasty. I was in CA for a whole 4 days, not once did I see one hot girl, all landwhales or freaks. It is a real life shitshow, as Charlie LeDuff calls it.
In sum, Leftism is totalitarianism and can only be imposed by brute force. Venezuela, Soviet Union, China, Cuba…. all require mass killings and gulags to operate, because human nature seeks freedom, not submission to totalitarianism. I have been following with interest the process leading to the appointment to your Supreme Court (a building with which I am not unfamiliar – great cafeteria) of Mr Justice Kavanaugh. I never comment on American politics partly because I am not American and partly because I clearly do not understand your system and I have no intention now of altering my behaviour in that regard however so that you might see how strange your system appears to the British you may find the following two observations of interest:
The British not having a written constitution (even though we have provided no less than fifty of the things to various states around the planet) there is no document for to be examined and determined as to its meaning. America seems to spend as much effort determining what its constitution means as it does The Bible. This is an entirely American phenomena.
In England, should you wish to be appointed to the highest court in the land what you need to do is to be admitted to the Bar. That’s it. Should the Judiciary be sufficiently impressed with you then one day whilst eating your breakfast a letter from The Lord Chancellor’s office will arrive and opening the same you will see that you have been invited to become a High Court Judge: you cannot apply. Should you prove sufficiently successful as such you will be appointed to the Court of Appeal and then again you may thereafter be ennobled which will enable you to sit in the countries highest court. There is one other way:
Consider the late Quintin Hogg who was a member of the Bar but also an elected M.P. who held various high offices of state. The then Prime Minister asked him to become the Lord Chancellor and so duly ennobled and having forgone his seat in the House of Commons he felt it appropriate and not withstanding that he had no experience as a member of the Judiciary to sit with and as part of the House of Lords in its Judicial Capacity. I have never heard it said his judgements were in any meaningful way defective.
One interesting thing about Hogg (as with his friend and colleague Enoch Powell) is that both were Atheists who converted to Anglicanism. In the case of Powell when he heard calling to him the bells of one of the City churches and in the case of Hogg when as an undergraduate sitting an examination in PPE he as he put it discovered that in answering the question posed his unbelief undermined his unbelief – and from that day on became a believer.

Ray laughed at him for being put through this “Salem Witch Trial-style” public lynching in a hysteria not seen since the movie “Crucible”. Ray’s reasoning: Kavanaugh made a “folksy remark” when asked about his coaching of his daughter’s basketball team about “these girls are fierce”. 🙄 Clearly, to those versed in basic charm, that comment was a PR thing, a liability ploy and not an endorsement of radical western feminism.
Instead of showing compassion and sympathy for a fellow man, heck a fellow human being, Ray mocked the Judge. I called Ray out on that because he was clearly in the wrong. And then I married at age 22, very young for today’s standards and not once did I run around on my wife. I refuse to willingly give myself into slavery and imprisonment.

Being that Dalrock is a Red Pill Christian website discussion, I find it ironical that some STILL stick to “traditional marriage” as IF that still existed in America today. It does not. Traditional Christian marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man, woman, and God, with two witnesses present. That is the Genesis definition of such a union and no “party”, “church”, or “government forms” are involved.
How many Christian women today would be willing to engage in a real Christian marriage? Probably none. Women are women, Christian or not. It reminds me of Matthew 10:36 where Jesus said “… a man’s enemies are the members of his own household” (in reference to Micah 7:6). That does NOT mean that a man SHOULD seek to add and invite enemies and dangers into his own household or life. It simply states the fact that such is often the reality of life.
But those of us who refuse to accept the human-created, court-enforced Marriage 2.0 sham are now called MGTOW or “Peter Pan” or even “fake Christians”. It is really unfortunate that more Christians do not completely buck this awful “marriage” scam (if you can a call a one-sided contract a marriage), end Marriage 2.0 as a viable alternative, create a situation where system collapses so those of us who WANT to marry and have a more normal life can then RESET the whole thing into a more equitable, fair, and sane marital system. The American justice and legal system, especially the courts, come DIRECTLY from English Common Law, which is why it is a disastrous mess. Justinian law and jurisprudence is based on laws passed by Senate (and sometimes the Plebs) and is NOT up to un-elected judges to change or decide upon. English Common Law (ECL) is a system derived from the barbarian Germanic tribes (mainly the Anglos and Saxons) who invaded the British Isles after the collapse of the Western Roman Empire in the 5th Century AD.
Under ECL, judges make decisions at random, following other “past judicial precedent” (past judicial decisions). This is highly arbitrary, of course, as what is common to a person from California is completely different to what is common/normal/expected from someone from Alabama. And yet, under ECL a lunatic district court judge in California can impose his/her will upon the citizen of Alabama using Federal Courts. We saw this in 2017 with the Travel Ban and DACA (an unconstitutional amnesty by Pres decree by B. Hussein Obummer). It is insane.
Under ECL, a judge “makes law” by issuing judicial decrees. Judges also can override and re-write dully Legislature-enacted and Presidential-signed laws on a whim (like Justice Roberts did to “save Obamacare” by saying the “mandate” was a tax (lawful) and not a fee/penalty (unlawful), as written in Obamacare law).
The Founders never ever intended for ECL to be a system where we had a “judicial tyranny” as explained in Federalist Papers (an explanation of what each part of Constitution meant). The Founders promised Article III of the US Constitution guaranteed the judiciary had a limited role to “review” the laws, NOT make laws out of thin air. In fact, the reason we had the Constitutional Convention in 1787 in the first place was to STOP judges from being tyrants (judicial abuses led to a famous civil unrest called “Shay’s Rebellion”).
The Left, however, understood that most of what they wanted to impose on Americans was unpopular and impossible to pass through normal Legislative process. So they worked out a plan: use the Federal courts (judiciary) to create and IMPOSE new laws. Initially, the Supreme Court (which had a Democrat majority at the time) did “something good” by ending segregation in public schools under the decision Brown v. Board of Education. After Brown case, the Justices in the Supreme Court began using the court to create new laws, create new rights, and impose these by force.
We had abortion “rights” created by a “magical view” of the 14th Amendment. The 14th has NOTHING, not one word about abortion, and yet the Justices magically found such a right there. The 14th Amendment was plainly written with intent to ensure former slaves and freed blacks had equal civil rights. Recently, Justice Kennedy also magically found the “right to gay marriage” in the 14th as well.
The courts have greatly abused ECL traditions of “precedent” and their Article III powers. To fix this, we would need a new Constitutional Amendment clearly limiting judicial powers, but in today’s hyper-polarized and divided America, there is 0% chance of that. The Democrats rely too much on court abuses and Justices acting like legislators to support any limits on judicial powers. 😦

There is simply NO solution to California today, short of a military occupation by the United States. I do not even consider CA to be part of America anymore. I was there with my Mom 3 days, it is one of the most depressing s#itholes I have ever been in, and that is saying a lot because I lived in south America 4.5 years and it sucks there. I’d much prefer that we actually follow the constitution, where the federal government is limited to dealing with foreign policy, the Indian tribes, and disputes and trade between the states, and generally leaves the states to govern themselves and face the consequences of their governance.
But, since that’ll never happen, what will probably happen (I think) is that the US will break up into two or more countries (I think it’ll be three).

I can understand your animosity when you deal with a man like me who is physically and intellectually superior to you in many ways. Men who are 8 or above. I have made MANY sacrifices in my own life, including depriving myself of fried foods, heavy-cal food, and spending minimum 5 days a week at gym, even when I go on vacation, I hit the hotel gym. Not one night goes by when I do not do at least 100-200 push ups before I get in the shower and drink a glass of protein power with skim milk before bed.
That is called EFFORT, it is determination, and it is willpower. It makes me a better man overall. I ENJOY looking good and make sacrifices to do so.
My suggestion to you Ray, and I am saying this as nicely as I can. You need major improvements: start by getting a face cream, I recommend Olay Regenerist for nighttime, sunscreen SPF 110 to stop your skin from getting any worse than already is. You look years older than you should. You need to spend a lot more time at the gym (4 days a week minimum), stop eating doughnuts, fried foods, and high sugar/carb foods. And save money and go buy some better clothes for your profile photo (i.e. black suit, custom-fit, square pocket, silk Trump brand tie) – I recommend Joseph A Banks, they are affordable and stylish. Then please lose AT LEAST 50lbs, grow some muscle, even if you cannot get a 4-pack, at least lose that truck spare tire in your gut and double-chin. And get a haircut from the 2010’s…. cause dang, man, you look straight outta the 1970s. 😮 Your whole image is just a mess. 😮

And yes, I do despise the Carrousel Riders. In fact, you will be surprised that last two women I met, I felt a degree of disgust… I cannot explain it. However, Billy, I agree with you, to an extent. I would much prefer NOT to have the sin of non-marital sex in my life. I honestly would. I can say that after I became widowed, I wanted to re-marry and that was always the plan. My initial intention was never to be single forever.
Think about it: why would I have stayed a virgin until I was 18 (and I was engaged to that girl, btw, we were serious about getting married, but I had to call it off.). That is why I married at 22 and stayed married and faithful all 12 years until she passed. I did NOT want to live in non-marital sexual sin. I did not for many years, obviously. Clearly, I am not someone who wanted to willingly live in sin.
BUT the world has changed drastically. I am now 36 and I barely recognize the women in our country today. 6) Hah, trust me, I am a veteran Paralegal and law student. I know “common marriage laws” scams with back of my hand. The key to establishing residence together is rececing mail at your residence. My mailbox is centralized, lock and key and I keep these inside a safe, which women do not have access to.
I also have a very well-designed camera system in my home and car. When a woman is around, all cameras are on and recording everything, from car to inside home. Not getting married, if a woman accuses me of a crime, I fight the charges. Sucks, but I will fight. I never ever allow any woman to move in with me either. She does not drag me to divorce court and get my home free and clear by making false criminal accusations.
You are talking to someone who has seen a LOT of bad stuff in the courts…. false accusations, scams, clients speaking foreign language I understand and trying to cook-up a story before meeting with attorney (not realizing I understood everything). The question above is a question I always pose to divorced/un-married Christian men who say “just get re-married and you will not be in non-martial sex sin”. One funny topic I love to discuss with un-married and divorced older Christian men is about the women they meet and what they want out of life. Some of the stuff I have heard this past years have been stunning: they want adventure; they want a guy who pulls 6-figure income and yet is “location-independent” so HE can pay for THEM to travel and “see stuff”; they want a guy who has no failed marriage and no kids; they want a guy who only exists in these grocery-store checkout line female novels.
In InsaneMerica, the older a woman is, the more she expects from the man, because she has ridden the CockCarrousel longer and therefore has a longer “list of minimums” she is willing to accept from THE MAN, they think she deserves to marry. While her beauty and fertility has declined by leaps and bounds, her expectations of what a man MUST provide her with/and be have grown exponentially to the point no human male can meet her expectations.
This is why divorce is so incredibly high in women who have ridden too many cocks. Her ego and sense of entitlement growths with each hook-up, to the point anyone short of having Schwarzenegger’s body, Trump’s money, Leo DiCaprio’;s face, and John Holmes’ dick will never be enough. She will become unhaaaaappy, start an affair via FaceBook and sue you for everything you got (while you rot in jail, of course, she is not going to fight you in divorce court while you are free; you are held without bond for the “marital rapes” you have committed and cannot disprove and the promises to kill her, of course).
I have seen this movie before many times in my work career… and spoiler alert: it ends the same way every time. The man loses his freedom, present and future wealth, and family every single time.
